I chose Spectr IT after a long search, and I have never regretted it! I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the connection speed — the application was in the morning, by the evening the Internet was already working. The speed is impressive, even with heavy network usage in the house, everything works smoothly.
I would like to note their approach to clients separately. The support really cares: I applied a couple of times for small things, they always solve the issue promptly and politely.

I called them once a week for 2 months stably, there were constant problems with the Internet, it seemed to be fixed in half, it has been working for half a year, there is no Internet today, I call tech support as a result of 48 minutes of waiting and I am the 4th in line, and then after an hour just resetting the call, I really don't know this is a cell phone the operator dropped it or they did. The very fact that the client cannot get through to the support team for an hour indicates that the provider values its customers "very much". I will say this if there is another provider in your house, then connect another provider.

I think this is the best Internet provider. There are many channels in the cable, the Internet speed is good, accidents are eliminated quickly and the staff is responsive.

They got very confused recently with the redux , but their partners from TPS are more to blame . Optical fiber was stretched. The Internet is normal. Even a good one. But the situation with TPS has crossed out years of normal services.

The price of the Internet is expensive. The cable shows intermittently. 10% of the channels are missing. I left a message, nothing was predicted. However, they are turned off for non-payment on time. Connection is paid.
