In catering, the main thing is the work of the staff and the kitchen. To make it delicious and the service is on top. The interior certainly plays a role, but this factor is not primary. Who needs an interior if the service is below the baseboard and not tasty.
I recommend that shareholders establish service and staff work, and only then invest and hire SMM workers. Because right now, it's wasted money. Attracting customers with promotion and then receiving such feedback is not the most reasonable strategy.

1. When visiting the terrace, no one met. The staff showed up 3-5 minutes later. There was some kind of meeting, after which they left. At the same time, it was evening and there were many occupied tables in the hall
2. The clothes and appearance of the staff. The girls are not well-groomed, not neat. Terrible-looking dishwashers or cleaners constantly walked around the guest area, while their clothes were so dirty that they panicked if you would get poisoned after such unsanitary conditions
3. The staff moves around the hall very fussily, quickly, practically running, in a hurry. This creates an atmosphere of fuss, does not allow customers to relax and have fun.
4. The staff is not assigned to certain areas and tables. Takes an order from one, brings another. The dishes are served in a variety of ways. All three of his dishes were brought to one at once, one to the other, and nothing to the third. The child was brought food after 1 hour and 15 minutes, when all the adults had already eaten.
5. Cleanliness. Not a single dirty plate has been removed from the table in an hour.
6. The answer to all the claims was - we have a high load. So maybe you should first recruit more staff, form shifts, and then place ads?
This is a really Special place, the food here is unrealistically delicious. The restaurant has a new chef, his new dish "Salmon fillet with asparagus in champagne sauce" is a Delight. We also tried pumpkin puree soup with shrimps, mushroom puree soup from boletus, shrimp with spinach, duck with pear, desserts cheesecake and brownies - everything was decent. Their famous Pornstar Cocktail is a special treat).
The entrance to the restaurant is down the stairs, has three halls, many seats, an interesting interior. The service is professional, the waiting time is ~15-20 minutes. The women's bathroom even has personal hygiene products 👍🏻). I definitely recommend you to visit.
