I am a regular customer of chocolate in the Spartak store, 06.11.24 I asked for 2 packages of 90% chocolate of 1 kg, the seller immediately punched me a receipt without explaining that these were already new prices (I was without glasses and had always been told what was cheaper earlier), and when I was outraged, she began to demand that I take the goods. Couldn't the seller make a cancellation like in other stores? I attach the receipt and other goods that had to be taken for this amount in return, So regular customers and respect are lost

It is located in a very good location in the city center, but the room itself leaves much to be desired. Renovation and corporate identity would make this place more pleasant and attractive to the buyer, but now it's just another Belarusian store stuck in the 2000s.
The product selection is good, but almost everything can be bought in a regular store.

The store is located in the city center, in a quiet location. This is the company store of the Spartak confectionery factory. When we come to Grodno, we definitely visit this store. Friendly staff, a wide range of products. And the main thing is the quality of the products and, of course, very tasty chocolate! A choice for every taste! Sellers serve quickly. There are usually no queues.

I always bought cookies and sweets in this store. Crab necks were always fresh, melting in the mouth. And so, on September 6, on Gornov Street at the bus stop, I bought such sweets, came to the cottage and decided to eat the candy, it turned out to be like hard caramel, and a drop of filling is incomprehensible. What to do? How to return them or I will have to write a complaint, I will not be able to eat them, they are too hard for me. How could such a thing go on sale, because there is some kind of control at the enterprise. Is there a hotline at the enterprise? I am outraged and did not expect such a well-known factory.

A small shop that I never leave empty-handed :)
Sellers serve quickly. They don't stand with glued smiles 24/7, but they are always friendly enough and ready to answer questions. If necessary, they will help you to see the BZHU and the assortment of loose candy cookies, they will tell you about new products, they will see without question how many goods are left in stock.
There is no interior as such, but it is always clean and bright; the goods are laid out so that everything is clearly visible. Yes, and we go there for sweets, and not to consider the decoration.
I noticed that the shop adjoins closely to a long—empty room with a common entrance - it would be great if they put a couple of tables there and began selling takeaway coffee along with sweets and chocolates. There is a pedestrian center nearby, a cinema, a lot of people walk by every day.. it would have turned out great)
But even as it is now, there are no complaints👍
