I visit Spar because it is near my house. A good choice, there are always a lot of discounts and promotions with yellow price tags. Inside there is a cafe where they cook sooo delicious pizza, doners, baursaks, buns and many other dishes. There are cash desks with cashiers and self-service cash desks.
Overall, the store left a good impression, but there was one unpleasant moment. When I was in the store, the cleaner was shouting loudly at the customers, warning them not to walk on the wet floor. It was very uncomfortable and somewhat annoying. It would be better if employees did not communicate with customers in this way, but warned them more politely and unobtrusively. I hope the store management will pay attention to this, because it really spoils the overall impression of the visit.
It's a pretty good store, they often add different promotions, but what's the point of them when you want to order pizza, but they don't accept your order, they say they arrived late, although there was still half an hour left, or the pizzeria owner left to make preparations. No customer orientation. And the security service, that's a different story, they don't think they're much of anyone, they don't have any upbringing, respect, or understanding of their duties.
