02.02.2024 we celebrated the anniversary in the VIP lounge. There was no organization, the tablecloth was ironed in the presence of guests (although the administrator was warned the day before that the specified table needed to be covered with a tablecloth). It was terribly cold in the hall itself, and the request to bring outerwear was, to put it mildly, refused. The administrator of this institution simply cannot solve a single question about anything, what is a person's salary paid for? But the guards in this place are just something, especially the one who was wearing a black sweater that day (unfortunately I didn't remember the name). With a haughty look, but in a leaky sweater and without a badge, confidently propping up the door with his foot and not understanding the situation, it is he who decides the fate of the visitor. In short, the impressions are terrible, the mood is spoiled. I always thought that the VIP room is a superior room, but not in this institution.
P.S. The only thing that pleased me about this institution is the kitchen. Everything was delicious. Thanks to the chefs!

They tell you right away: if you want to put a soft spot on the sofa and order something from the kitchen, pay 140 rubles (about $ 50) ... well, okay, probably the VIP lounge and the service will be at the top. And so. For 140 rubles you get.... NOTHING! There is no queue to sing something in karaoke. Attention!!! THE DJ CHOOSES WHO TO SING TO. And it doesn't matter that he sees you for the first time in his life and has never heard of you. Topchik service. I haven't even seen this in Africa, among Muslims. I will definitely go again, I will show my friends like a museum exhibit.

Super Belarusian cuisine! Everything is always fresh and delicious, but the interior of the restaurant is a Soviet dining room. The waiters have a separate respect, wonderful people are working at the moment, the service left a pleasant impression. Here is a man who is engaged in the musical accompaniment of the restaurant upset. There were guests of the restaurant consisting of 3 people: two adults and a 3-year-old boy, when a passing staff (a janitor) asked: "Why don't you have music? You're in a restaurant!" We were a little freaked out, but was it possible with the music? Although the one mentioned above, the person responsible for the music saw Us and understood that there was no music. And now the most interesting thing began, the DJ came and turned on this (in his opinion) music (it would be better not to turn it on) - a folk downtemp, from which he wanted to sleep and just leave. We still haven't figured out how you can turn on something for 10 minutes that neither eats nor has fun. In order to avoid misunderstandings, We listen to any music, but in a restaurant we want a mood and celebration, not a psychedelic sound with howling from the speakers.
In general: the kitchen, the service is super, the musicians need to be changed urgently. The price is slightly below average, but the quality is excellent! Good luck and prosperity to this wonderful institution!!!!

I am from Minsk, I often visit establishments of the cafe/restaurant format, so I have a general idea of what catering is. I was passing through here once and the impressions are very positive. I would like to immediately note the affordable prices, which are not observed at all. Usually, how does it happen: you come in and are surprised that "how in the province, many kilometers from the center of the republic, can prices be at the level of the capital itself, because the service is clearly far from an elite restaurant?". However, the waiters communicate with you as if we were in the center of Minsk. For example, a portion of 300 grams of "draniki with pork and mushrooms" costs 5.5 rubles, while in the same Cornflowers, the same portion, in the same gramovka, was not sold for less than 11-13 rubles (I understand that the Minsk lease pulls out all the juices, but in the provinces it is clearly less, and the prices for the dishes are the same ...). The interior, of course, is different, but for such a kind and delicious portion at the price of Minsk shawarma, I would prefer to go here. The establishment itself is divided into several parts, where the main hall resembles a "wedding hall", the second as a dining room, and the third is a VIP room. The whole table that we had was very tasty. Would you come here again? Definitely, yes)

She constantly had to be asked to remove empty plates and bottles from the table. But she began to collect plates with the main hot dish without asking anyone, the guests did not have time to eat half of it. Next, she was asked three times to tell what flavors of hookah tobacco are on the menu. DJ also had to be guided all the time, he did not feel the audience, they even wanted to give him their USB stick with music, because the DJ played Russian hits, and he was asked to put foreign club remixes. I think that the price for such a holiday organization is very high. By passing this, it was indicated that each birthday boy was given a bottle of champagne from the institution, but it was never presented. In my opinion, it's all about the staff, so I put 3, and in general the institution is not bad, but it can be better.

A crooked, burnt pizza lay on a piece of foil unevenly torn from a roll. The taste was no better than any frozen pizza.
