There are many Japanese baths, including on the street, sun beds, saunas, baths. The Japanese themselves like to relax there. But there are also many foreigners (mostly Asians). There are non-traditional people, so if you are not tolerant, it is better to skip this institution so as not to get annoyed.

SPA World is the best place for relaxing holidays and lovers of baths and saunas in Osaka. A dozen pools with hot and cold water, two or three saunas (Finnish, herbal) - all this for 2500 yen a day ticket, and I was for 1300 yen on the promotion (apparently due to the summer season). It may be ongoing, but in any case, 2500 yen is a very affordable price. In Moscow, this is the price of a budget bath for two hours. And here there is a subscription for a day (but you can not go out and return with one ticket, because the day is, one might say, conditional). During this period, you can relax in the mineral water pools, swim in the swimming pool, and bask on the rocks. Massage for a separate price (I took a half-hour foot massage for 3,800 yen), and it, like everywhere else in Japan, is expensive. The restaurants in the institution are also at reasonable, Japanese prices, quite budget-friendly. I was stuck for five hours. The institution has two main bath departments - European and Asian, they work like this: on odd months, European for men, Asian for women. I was only in Europe.
I will definitely come back.
Yes, for some reason, the payment by bank card did not work when leaving, I paid in cash (it's good that I had them with me). And there was money on the card.
