It was not the first time, as usual, everything is clear, customer-oriented, delicious. Of course, there are small roughnesses, such as the inability to get some procedures due to the large number of vacationers and a small number of specialists. Cleaning is good in principle, all requests are fulfilled, but again, they do not always have time to clean up on the days of big arrivals. The new building of the spa center with pools is also good, but for some reason it was more comfortable and pleasant for me in the old offices. And of course, I am not very pleased with the increase in prices for all procedures and for vouchers in general from 30 to 100 percent for different ones, according to my calculations, from the level of docovid Vesta.

A good sanatorium is a wonderful territory, good rooms, good treatments. The buffet is not a very large selection, but everything is very tasty. But only the hotel staff leaves much to be desired. No one says hello unless you take the initiative yourself. In the dining room, the receptionist is also not very friendly. None of the staff cares about you, except for 2-3 employees. It's not very pleasant. A good manager and everything can get better. It's a service, but it's lame at the hotel.

Cozy, clean and tidy. The price is very affordable. Towels are free, but the downside is that there are no bathrobes. Two steam rooms, Russian and Turkish, sports and moderately warm shallow pools. There is an outdoor pool, but it is not heated. The administrators are friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful and well-maintained territory, both inside and outside. For visiting the spa area for 2 hours, they gave 18.5rubles per person, which of course pleases) But, why 2 stars:
- pools are too cold, except for the paddling pool, because of this, the majority of people are in it
- 5 sun beds for all, which made it necessary to sit on the window sills
- the cafe is not working, to go for a drink of water, I had to go back to the entrance, because only there is a cooler with water

I was with a child of 7 years old at the end of March 2023, we rested for 3 days, which turned out to be very small, the twin room is spacious, everything you need is there. The food is varied, everything was enough for both me and my daughter, although she is still picky. The children's room is super, and the teachers are wonderful women who unobtrusively captivated children of different ages. A whirlwind bath has come from the procedures, it is a bomb, relaxes the whole body. I recommend you to visit, but rest for at least 7 days.

I came to this SPA center 3 times. The staff is very polite, a wide range of SPA treatments. In the rooms where the procedures are carried out, a cozy atmosphere is always maintained, pleasant quiet music plays. I especially liked the stone massage, which I visited Svetlana 2 times. The complex has 3 swimming pools: 2 indoor (1 children's, 1 adult) and 1 outdoor. When visiting the pool, you can visit the hammam and sauna.

the sanatorium is strong with its staff. on the plus side, it is also a minus - the proximity of the M1 highway. pool 2, everything is neat, the staff is on site, the hammam is set to high temperature and low humidity, the sauna is at a temperature below average - children are comfortable, there is no mineral water. I recommend taking an empty ticket and buying what you like on the spot. I recommend massage in a spasm, cryocamera, baths, wraps, physiotherapy and of course acupuncture. cleanliness in the sanatorium, outside and inside, the staff is friendly, the canteen is for an amateur - I just remembered the 80s)

It's not the first time we've had a family vacation. An excellent SPA area, there is a 25-meter swimming pool and a warm pool for children, a Finnish sauna and a Turkish hammam. In summer, you can sunbathe on the sun beds among the pines, as well as take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool. Excellent service, water aerobics is performed twice a day. I highly recommend it!
