I wanted to give my mom a gift for NG-a range of services. I arrived at the place, there was no one at the reception, I could hear a lively conversation going on somewhere outside the door, no one responds to knocking and shouting. There are outerwear on a hanger next to the reception, personal belongings at the reception itself, but no one is there. No one answers or calls back. The administrator's job is interesting, of course. Maybe it's for the best that it didn't work out.
