A wonderful hotel!
The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive.
It's clean, everything is always tidy. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day.
Thank you so much for having a great time in your wonderful country.
We really liked it.
We will definitely come again!
A very authentic hotel!
Clean, beautiful, classic!
We booked a luxury suite, BUT the only disadvantage was that the Jacuzzi practically did not work, there was no water pressure for all 4 days, it was problematic to wash with long hair (it would seem ... in the suite!)
In general, this minus is compensated by early check-in, airport transfer and simply INCREDIBLE hospitality!
Spa classrooms, where only you are))) there is a 24-hour cafe and bar, the breakfasts are quite decent (buffet).
The hotel is in a good area, across the street is a very old area of the city, where the oldest buildings and incredible Persian architecture have been preserved. To the center - on foot. There are shops, restaurants nearby - the infrastructure is convenient.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly and friendly.
We had a sightseeing tour - it's not bad either, it's interesting.
We had a rest in November. I really liked it. Clean and cozy near the center is what you need for hiking enthusiasts. Sauna hammam is a great place to relax in the evening after walks and excursions. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel has a solid five.
I recommend the hotel for travelers.
In general, everything is fine, there are nuances.
1. In winter it is cool in the room, there is no heating, the air conditioner can be put on heating, but it makes noise like a jet engine, they were afraid to wake up the neighbors at night, they did not turn on.
2. Clean, the cleaners did well, cleaned well and every day.
3. The trouble with plumbing is that the faucet in the sink is broken, they have adapted, of course, but what prevents them from putting a working one? Watering can in the shower is similar.
4. The hotel staff is polite, but works carelessly. You come to the sauna by the time, it's not cleaned at all, they clean it in front of you. You come to the hammam by the time, it's icy. They allowed me to stay in the hammam for 10-20 minutes longer, thanks, but it didn't get so hot. You step out of the cold hammam into the cold font and into the cool pool. Well, such a thing.
And so everything is beautiful and thought out, if we had followed the implementation, it would have been super.
They promise a towel, but you still need to go and ask for them.
The price includes the use of 1 hour or sauna or hammam. The service is excellent, please respect the guests and prepare the room. Or do it for a fee, but with a soul. There is everything for this.
5. I personally did not like that they gave me the worst of the suites (I wanted to pamper my husband, I overpaid for the suite for the first time), they said that the rest were occupied, although clearly this was not the case, the hotel was half empty. On the eve of the birthday it was not pleasant, expectations were not fulfilled.
6. Breakfast is good. The cafe is nice. Since 8 a.m. We left at 7, we gave buns, sandwiches, tangerines and coffee to the room. “thanks.
I recommend the hotel, I put 5 stars, as the main services are 5.
I recommend the staff to be more attentive to customers.
A magnificent hotel! If fate brings me to Yerevan again, I will stay only here. First of all, all the rooms are really large, spacious, the decoration is at the highest level, it is impossible to find fault with cleanliness, the sound insulation is excellent. Secondly, the window offers a magnificent view of Mount Ararat, however, if there is cloud cover or haze, then it will not be easy to see it, but we were lucky with the weather. Thirdly, a chic breakfast buffet - there is everything, and milk porridges, and pancakes, and sausages, not to mention sandwiches and drinks. Fourth, a gift sightseeing tour of the city from the hotel helps travelers who come to the capital of Armenia for the first time to decide what will be most interesting for them to explore. Fifth, there is a free hammam and sauna - guests have something to do in the evening. On a tour of the Noi cognac factory, we talked with women who settled in another hotel, which cost them many times more than the Forum: they were directly jealous of us and asked for the hotel's contacts for the future - they didn't have half the enthusiasm we expressed. I wish the hotel prosperity!
Spa at a wonderful chain hotel. Guests are welcome, they will always help, cleaning every day is optional, the breakfasts are excellent!!! Special thanks and greetings to Arthur (reception) and Varouge (I'm sorry if I didn't write correctly).
Thanks!!! Prosperity!!!
Two Olga and Irina from Nizhny Novgorod.
A very cozy hotel.
Delicious buffet cuisine.
The staff is smiling and helpful, especially Arthur. There is a sauna, a hammam and a swimming pool. There are guided tours and a 24-hour restaurant.
A wonderful hotel. The room is clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is a Swiss table. The restaurant is open around the clock, which is very convenient when returning to the hotel late at night.
We rested from October 29 to November 01. Overall, the impressions were positive. Helpful, kind staff. Breakfast is normal. You won't stay hungry for sure (porridge of the same type, omelette, sausages, pasta / potatoes, vegetables, chicken, cheese and meat cuts, sweets for tea /coffee, fruits, cereals). The room was a suite and deluxe. The rooms are large, slippers, bathrobes, soap, shampoo, gel, shaving machine, toothbrush - everything was there. But of course it would not hurt to clean the carpet. After all, there are a lot of guests in the hotel. There are some notes in the cleaning. The pillows are not very comfortable, small and all knocked down. The location is good, the center is a leisurely 15-minute walk away.
I really liked everything. We rested after air travel just fine! Friendly staff, good breakfast. And of course, special thanks to them for the SPA treatments!
great hotel, good location, helpful staff, bombastic breakfast, the only thing that didn't go in is the mattress (too anatomical or hard imho) but it's all individual)
We had a great time at this hotel, attentive staff, there is a swimming pool with a sauna, after a long walk around Yerevan - salvation. Good breakfasts. And a tour of Yerevan 👍
The room is quiet, no noise was heard, if the air conditioner is turned off, it is sooo noisy. The beds are comfortable
I really want to
But there are drawbacks ... The furniture in the room is already old, the sofa and leather chairs are a little worn, there are questions about plumbing, the shower pours not like a shower, but like a faucet, taped, the toilet is wobbly.
There are breakdowns in the sauna-pool and 1 and 2 (the ladder in 1 pool is hanging out, the fountain in 2 does not work, it is very hot in the sauna 1 - Turkish, you can not lie on the stones)
Nice hotel, quiet and clean in the room. A good breakfast. Not very close to the city center, but very close to the Parajanov Museum. A very good remedy!!!
The end of November 2023. The number corresponds to the photos on the website. The room is large, cleaned regularly. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are delicious, hearty, and varied. Sauna with a small pool - one hour per day for free. We have been there regularly. It is advisable to change the time. It's 10.00-22.00 now. I think starting at 7.00 would be great.
We ordered dinner at the restaurant - it was delicious.
The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable.
The hotel is located in the old town area. There is a hotel on the map of Yerevan - the old city.
Opposite is the old Kond district, which is recommended for tourists to see. But there is absolutely nothing to do there, it's boring. But it's easy to navigate on the map. Look for the Conde area and the hotel opposite.
Since there is something to compare it with, we put a firm and confident unit.
The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars...
A spa hotel where you can't get to the spa because all the time is busy.
The shower cabin in room 202 is leaking, there are puddles on the floor.
The air conditioner works with the sound of a small fighter jet.
At 6 a.m., I was woken up by a wild screeching sound, it was someone very customer-oriented moving chairs in the restaurant. Why raise them if you can do that.
Breakfast is like at a roadside diner. It's not tasty or presentable. There was not even an Armenian lavash, although what could have been simpler.
Goodbye, friends.
the rooms are luxurious, there are two bathrooms, the staff is attentive and very helpful, the service is high-quality, the breakfast is hearty - a large selection of hot - vegetables, sausages, etc., there is always porridge, there are pancakes, very tasty compotes (better juice).
Clean - everything glitters. There is a barrier to the shower - when used, it shoots water outside the cabin, but this is more to the layout.
Sauna with a SMALL pool
The location is very cozy - inside the courtyard - there is no noise from the road, which is nearby. Two entrances on different sides - you never know where a taxi will arrive - but the hotel staff helps :)
15-20 minutes walk to the center.
There is a medical center nearby - you can undergo an examination
Excellent administrators and, in principle, hotel staff. They are always polite and ready to help solve any problem. This is not the first time we have come and we are always happy.
The hotel could qualify for a grade of 5. There are many advantages, but, unfortunately, there is a significant disadvantage. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious in a classic style, the bathroom is also very comfortable. There are bathrobes, which is very nice. The breakfasts are normal, not super tasty, but the choice is varied, in a pleasant dining room. The location is convenient, we walked to the center in about 20 minutes. The spa area is pretty, I managed to visit only the sauna, in the hammam (I looked in, it's very cozy there, an aquarium with fish, pool lighting, Jacuzzi) we never visited, like, for repairs, but we really wanted to, this is, of course, a minus. And the basis is a fat minus: not once during our stay (4 nights) was there any cleaning from the word at all. We just took out the trash and changed the towels once, the foot towel was taken away on the first day and we never saw him again. The room was not cleaned, the beds were not made, disposable hygiene products were never replenished. Dear hotel staff, this is disrespectful to your guests. It's a pity, but at first we were very glad that we chose your hotel. I will return here only in case of a change in attitude to cleaning.
A wonderful hotel! We are coming for the second time and it is here! Large room, quiet location and close to the center! Great! The staff is all sooo good-natured!!! Thank you all!
I liked everything) We stayed here for 5 nights. Near the center, excellent polite staff, large, warm and cozy rooms, delicious and varied breakfast, the possibility to order a hammam or sauna every day.
Great! Friendly professional staff. Excellent service. Decent breakfasts. Best wishes! Thanks to the whole team and personally to Arthur. We will recommend your hotel to all our loved ones. Sincerely, Salikhov.
Good afternoon. We rested from 19.09 to 30.09.23. We arrived late in the evening, we were met by the administrator Arthur, smiling, friendly and ready to help. The room is clean, cleaned constantly. The location is very good. The breakfasts are delicious. All the staff is wonderful. On the first day there was a health problem. The manager of the Mais hotel, the administrator Arthur and the assistant Varouj immediately began to help, for which I am very grateful to them. Thank you very much for the cleanliness of the maid Rita and in the restaurant Jeanne. You are all great fellows. I am very grateful to you all. I will remember you only with gratitude. Anna and Lada. Ufa. Bashkortostan.
We were looking for a room with two bedrooms and a shared living room. I also wanted to swim in the pool in the evenings. We found such a room in this hotel. The bonus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom - a very convenient option.
The guide checked into the hotel from January 9th to 10th.
At the reception, the receptionist first confused the passports, then the number. They gave me a new number. The rooms are old, the smell is unpleasant in the room, the bed is dirty, everything is as ancient as the hotel itself.
There is no tea, kettle, sugar in the room and it is 4*.
After 30 minutes we left this hotel and
We checked into a new hotel nearby.
I do not recommend the hotel to anyone!

A very pleasant place. A quiet hotel, you can relax in the hammam by appointment. The staff is polite and qualified. They will conduct a personal tour by agreement. They tell you everything at the reception. Breakfast is a buffet, they cook delicious, a wide variety of dishes. I will definitely come back again.
Overall, a good hotel. Not far from the center, a quiet street. A modern building, there is an underground parking. Comfortable rooms, courteous staff, good breakfasts. Among the disadvantages: an expensive airport transfer. Four times more expensive than Yandex taxi. Of the four days of stay, there was no black tea for breakfast for two days. If it's one day, it's an accident, if it's two, it's a system. There is no kettle, tea or sugar in the room. As well as the mini bar. There is a small refrigerator, bottled water.
Excellent hotel, excellent service, deluxe rooms are excellent, sauna and swimming pool are included in the price, breakfasts are very decent!

A clean hotel, convenient location, breakfasts pleased with the variety, pleasant and responsive staff, although his work is not easy, especially in high season - there are a lot of tourists; I want to believe that the hotel director appreciates them, because everyone tries very hard 😊
A wonderful hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Large rooms, equipped with good and comfortable furniture. The room has a refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, kettle, bathrobe, sanitary accessories. You can open the windows in the room, it's not noisy at night. The price includes a wonderful breakfast, the food is delicious and varied.
Great hotel! Wonderful staff, especially the people at the reception and, of course, the beloved maid Rita! I liked the room, it is designed in a classic style, nothing superfluous, but everything is at hand, right down to the safe and refrigerator. It's very quiet, you can't even hear the elevator from the room opposite. Convenient and varied lighting, blackout curtains, are also not superfluous. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Food around the clock from a knife from your own kitchen from the masters of the culinary art. In general, you don't have to go to city restaurants :) And the cherry on the cake is a hammam and a sauna with pools, where only you and your companions. And yes, you go out on a clear morning, turn the corner, and there he is, Arart! I will definitely come back! ❤️

We stayed at this hotel on July 11, 12, 13, 2024. Everything was pretty good, the room was clean (we had a suite on the 5th floor) and the food was delicious. Nearby (10-15 minutes walk) is the very center of Yerevan. The bonus was a swimming pool, sauna and hammam. The most pleasant memory of the hotel remains.
Friendly and helpful staff. I asked to leave breakfast for me at a later time (I checked in at 04:30 in the morning) - they brought it to my room at 13:00. The breakfasts are good, full-fledged, for different tastes. The restaurant cooks very well. I liked everything. The bed linen was of excellent quality and the mattress was also comfortable. Yes, everything is very simple, the old-fashioned way, but clean and tidy. I have good memories.
Great hotel! Very friendly staff! The price includes 1 hour of sauna with pool or hammam with pool and Jacuzzi, city tour. My husband and I were very satisfied. We will definitely return to Yerevan to this hotel!
A decent hotel. Not a bad room stock. Everything is clean and tidy. Polite staff.
The location is convenient, but you need to walk to the center. Physical education in exchange for silence is quite a deal))
One disadvantage is that the buffet for tomorrow could be of better quality. I'm not quibbling, but it's not 4 stars.
I recommend it!
I liked the hotel. Cozy, quiet. There is a spa. There are bathrobes, slippers, shampoo and other necessities in the room.
But a lot of things are "tired". The shower stall was flowing, the towels were with holes.. It would be nice to upgrade the hotel.
Breakfast also seemed average. Although it was both hot and sweet. In general, it was possible to find suitable dishes)
It's not a bad hotel, but it's not so new anymore. The room size did not correspond to the stated one, it was necessary to convince of the need for a second towel, there was no second bathrobe, although the room was booked for two.
We stayed at the Grace Forum Hotel in June! We booked a suite! The room is very spacious, a large bathroom, two closets, a refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, after excursions and walks around the city I slept like a baby!) The hotel staff were attentive, friendly and always ready to help. There was a late check-in at 2 a.m. All the formalities with the check-in were solved in 5 minutes. The location of the hotel allows you to visit the sights of Yerevan without using a taxi! I would also like to note that the breakfasts at this hotel were delicious and nutritious! Overall, the Grace Forum Hotel left a positive impression!
A decent hotel, a little far from the center, but quiet. Comfortable room, good textiles, comfortable mattress and pillows. I stopped briefly, but the impressions are positive. Very friendly staff.
Great hotel, I liked everything. Good location. There is an excellent Yerevan City hypermarket 6-7 minutes' walk away (you will even find a souvenir there). The hotel is clean, the staff welcomed us as the most welcome guests. Workers in the field of nutrition and cleanliness are very kind and responsive))
It is located near the center. The rooms are cozy and clean. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff, solving any problems. The room had a view of Ararat from the window.
Finally, my dream came true, and I visited the wonderful city of Yerevan (Armenia). I did not hesitate to choose the Grace Forum Hotel for my stay... and I didn't regret it.
To begin with, I will say that the hotel is located within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the city center and most of the attractions.
The Grace Forum Hotel is small and very cozy... stepping over its threshold, you immediately find yourself in an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.
My room 203 was located on the 2nd floor. The room has everything you need for living: a bed, bedside tables, a flat-screen TV, a table with a mirror, a bedside table. In the bathroom, upon check-in, you will find snow-white bathrobes, slippers, towels (all with the symbols of the hotel), as well as hygiene kits: toothbrush with paste, comb, shower cap, cotton pads, cotton swabs, nail file, shampoo, shower gel, soap.
Bottled drinking water is replenished daily in the room. Change of towels if necessary.
The breakfast restaurant is a separate song. Everything is clean and beautiful. The food is stunningly delicious and fresh. Many thanks to the "invisible" kitchen workers for their golden hands.
The price of accommodation at the Grace Forum Hotel includes a sightseeing tour of Yerevan, which is conducted by the Artak guide... you can also purchase any tour from him (excursions and the cost can be found at the reception).
If you choose the Grace Forum Hotel to stay in Yerevan, then you will receive a sooo big bonus in the form of free access to the Finnish sauna and hammam (pre-registration at the reception).
When I come to Yerevan again, I will most likely choose the Grace Forum Hotel for my stay.
It is stated as 4 stars, but, in fact, it is three. The furniture is very shabby, the plumbing is cracked, the breakfasts are terrible, we eventually went to have breakfast in the city, far from the center, we have to take a taxi everywhere. The spa area is old, small, not cozy, we did not dare to use it. The design is not modern. But, friendly staff, always ready to help, clean. If it weren't for the wonderful people, I would have given you a C.
We are currently resting in Yerevan and staying at the Grace Forum Hotel. It really is a great hotel! Excellent staff who will help solve any problem, I would like to mention the administrator Marian, the manager Elya and of course the maid Rita! I liked the room, it is designed in the classics, nothing superfluous, everything is at hand. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Food around the clock from a knife from your own kitchen from the masters of the culinary art.
Sincerely, Marina and Ella.
A good, high-quality hotel. It is located relatively conveniently between the airport and the city center. It is located in a quiet area and is closed from the road. Good and healthy breakfasts, like in a sanatorium)). Inexpensive, which is important. Friendly and helpful staff
I recently returned with my husband from Armenia. I really liked the country and the people. We stayed at the Grace Forum Hotel. The hotel really liked the large rooms, interesting interior, very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Helpful and friendly staff. I would like to express my gratitude to Artak, who showed us Yerevan and also accompanied us on a trip to Georgia. We were satisfied with the trip. I will recommend the hotel and excursions. We plan to return to Yerevan again
An amazing hotel (excellent rooms, convenient location, beautiful lobby), wonderful staff (ready to help with any questions, always smiling).
Well, for the additional plus in the form of a spa, special thanks
two years ago, the service was better.
we booked the same large room.
but this time we faced problems: leaks in the bathroom were not eliminated in 3 days of stay.
an additional blanket was brought in small sizes; breakfast is an economical option, you had to ask each time to fill empty teapots with coffee and a half-empty buffet.
