We had a rest with friends from 22 to 28.04.2025.
The impressions are only positive. Modern hotel, beautiful, clean. The staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable, the linen is snow-white. Cleaning every day.
Buffet breakfasts with a good assortment for every taste and wishes. There are always fresh vegetables and herbs, meat and dairy dishes.
Very convenient location in the center, attractions within walking distance.
You can talk about the SPA separately and only positive emotions. Wonderful baths with the right temperature, a swimming pool without the intrusive smell of bleach, and a Jacuzzi.
And there are wonderful massage therapists and various types of massages.
Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay.
We will definitely come again.

I visited this spa with a certificate, a spa ritual for pregnant women.If you buy a spa ritual, they give you a towel, a bathrobe, slippers, and disposable underwear for free, as well as micellar demaking water and shower gel in each shower room.if you only visit the aqua thermal complex without rituals, then a bathrobe and related accessories are extra.payment.if I only paid for the spa ritual, then the aquathermal complex is for an additional fee.a fee, which is logical.they met me at the reception, gave me supplies, took me to the locker room, explained everything, there are showers where you can comfortably take a shower before the ritual.Don't be late, you'll lose your time.then you go to the relaxation area, where you wait for the master on the sofas, the atmosphere is relaxing in itself, the master meets and leads you into the room, they give you disposable underwear and then the ritual itself begins, a comprehensive massage is worked out all over the body, little attention was paid to the neck, in general I really liked it, after the ritual they offer tea with candied fruits in the room rest.

I come every year, forget about it, and vow to come here. Customer orientation is at zero, there is no more desire to come.
The hammam didn't work for an hour, and it's our fault, supposedly we have to keep an eye on it ourselves. The administration is blatantly lying in response that the hammam (Moroccan steam bath) is by appointment only. It is open to everyone.
The place is cool, the most beautiful, but the owners are very petty. Now we prefer the Veranda in Smolensk, where they will give us towels and water - everything is free!

We rented a hotel room with a visit to the spa area. I liked everything, polite staff, baths for every taste, I don't like the heat and there was a place for me to keep warm. We had fun in the pool, geysers were working, it was funny. Everything is fine, unless of course you consider that there are few sunbeds and people lie there for hours as if they are sunbathing.I would like more sun beds and a pool with warmer water. The rooms are clean, cozy, the bedding is delicate and airy. Of course, you can find fault with a lot of things, the children were naughty, but you have to love children so as not to find fault and they did not bother me. Children are also people and they must be respected. Let's go back to this cozy place in our city.

Good afternoon, I decided to share my impressions after visiting Spa Nebo on July 15, 2024.
Upon arriving at the reception, the receptionist warned me that Monday is a children's day, which I was very surprised and puzzled by the question of when the children managed to love the spa more than the playground. Nevertheless, this did not scare me much, I naively thought that since there is such a day, then everything should comply with the rules of staying at the spa. When I entered the pool area, I was just horrified, the children were splashing in the pool, jumping into the water with bombs, yelling, squeaking, and no one was even watching. Then I met the children with food in the steam room, but this was not the worst thing, while I was swimming in the pool, the child decided to relieve himself in the showers next to the pool. There was no question of hygiene. I decided to clarify with the staff why they allow it to be unclear what is in the relaxation area, to which I was told that you can violate the rules of being in the aqua zone any day, no one will look at anyone (below I will add a picture that hangs just for decoration, and has nothing to do with the rules of being by the pool). In general, the comfort of visitors for this place is not a priority. If you suddenly value comfort and respect, then I would consider another place. And a spa is not a place for children. It's just a shame

A paradise island in the middle of the Mogilev ocean. The staff is polite and friendly. Service is aerobatics! The pool is clean, the baths, saunas and steam rooms are in order. The rules for visiting each thermal room are clearly written on the signs. Rubber slippers, bathrobe and towel are provided. I recommend an hour-long massage session! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Do not check into the 401 room ever! In the morning at 8.20 am, a cleaner started vacuuming under our door, I had to get up and stop her. You can go to the spa once. My daughter felt bad from the stuffiness, I asked her to stay in the room, then came, they said they would not let her back in the spa, these are the rules. We have been to many spas. This is not a spa! This is a swimming pool with additional services. The spa is quiet and people come there to relax and spend time. And an unlimited number of people are allowed into this place. I went in and couldn't find a place on the sunbed. If I came not to sit in the pool, not to wash and paid for time not to sit in the sauna for an hour, but to spend time and I am offered to spend it on a chair behind the bar ... is this a SPA?
