We went to the SPA , the cost is 35 leva on weekdays and 30 leva on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)I really liked it, there are 2 Jacuzzis with 37 degrees of mineral water, one indoors and the other outdoors. The large sports pool is located indoors, the paths are 25 meters long, take a hat with you or you can buy it there, the cost is 5 leva. The outdoor pool wasn't working yet when we were there. We were told that it starts working from the end of May.There is a wet sauna, a dry sauna.

A wonderful hotel with mineral pools. The breakfasts are decent, the rooms are comfortable. There are bathrobes, but no towels for the pool. Parking, nearby walking area, restaurants. Everything fits perfectly for a comfortable stay. If the reception staff had been more friendly, then probably 5 * could have been put.

I've been vacationing every year for five years. A chic vacation in the pink region. Cozy rooms, daily change of bathrobes and towels. Toiletries are also added daily to replace the ones used. A buffet for breakfast and dinner with a large selection of meat, fish, poultry dishes, lots of vegetables and fruits. Desserts are a separate topic, even those who do not eat sweets are unable to refuse. The pools are just a song, and the town itself is quiet, cozy, cool even in the heat. And most importantly, the therapeutic effect of thermal waters, which allows you to live in good health until the next season.

The most ancient resort, dating back to the heyday of Rome. The water is incomparable from 136 springs. The air can be sold, clean, sweet Cars only for visitors. Then they stand. There are many restaurants with excellent cuisine Excavations are still ongoing. Nearby is Plovdiv. The best Hissar hotel, with treatment and beauty salon, haia sauna, salt pool, indoor and outdoor rhodon baths. Pools are the same. For me, the best time is the end of April with the transition to May

We spent 5 days in a deluxe room, we really liked everything, especially the hot outdoor pool. Spa facilities include a Turkish bath, an ice room and a swimming pool. The food at the hotel (breakfast) is monotonous and the choice is not great.

A nightmare, not a 5-star hotel! First, I will write briefly, a little later - in more detail on each point. I'll start with the main thing - one of the 2 outdoor pools, for 2 months while we were there, never worked. But it was "repaired"! Yeah. Daily. With a mop and cans of paint. Ask how? Believe me, we were also interested in this. The second is CHLORINE. It was generously poured into the second open(!) swimming POOL WITH MINERAL WATER(!) with water. Every (!) day. What for? Then what is the use of mineral water if it is poisoned with bleach every day? Unclear. The third is lawn mowers. Imagine that you are lying by the pool, and lawn mowers are screeching around you all day long. Do you think one day? Two days? Ha! Daily. It was at a time when most of the hotel's guests were relaxing around the pool. We were there for 2 whole months (it just so happened that the money was paid in non-refundable advance, at least that's what the hotel staff explained to us and refused to refund the money to us in 2 months - this fact, by the way, also take into account). Unfortunately, we've screwed up like this. And a lot of money. And the pleasure is dubious. My advice to you is to think 1000 times.

Problems with breakfast. Rating 2. The tables are dirty. Dirty tablecloths, crumbs, stains, several tables for 10-12 people, as in the old pioneer camp It's useless to complain - nothing changes. No one responded to the written complaint at the hotel. Bathrobes, which are charged extra. The fee is as thin as kitchen towels.

A very nice hotel with spa treatments, with mineral water pools. And most importantly, the stunning nature. The city of Plovdiv is located nearby. You can go and walk through the streets of the old town.

We come here every time we visit Bulgaria. We bask in the hot spring in autumn and enjoy the views at the Panorama restaurant on the roof.
