we booked the same large room.
but this time we faced problems: leaks in the bathroom were not eliminated in 3 days of stay.
an additional blanket was brought in small sizes; breakfast is an economical option, you had to ask each time to fill empty teapots with coffee and a half-empty buffet.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are large. The windows from the room overlook the courtyard, there are grids on the windows, so it's comfortable to sleep. The interior of the room is very warm, the air conditioner makes a lot of noise, but does not cool. A huge minus - the entire carpet in the room was stained and had long white hair. Apparently they don't vacuum or clean.....The breakfast is normal, without frills, the food is not very tasty, but you will not leave hungry. They give you a free sightseeing tour and an hour in the sauna. The sauna is not bad, with a cooling pool, but you need to take your own towels and everything else to the sauna. But there will be no one there but you. The hotel staff is pleasant, they help to solve all the issues.

Not a bad hotel. The main drawback is the nearby restaurant serving banquets. If you have windows facing it, then very often you will hear terrible noise for up to 24 hours or more. Closed windows don't help. The breakfasts are average, the variety is small. They clean so-so. The distance to the center is 25-30 minutes.

We were in Armenia with the whole family in August 2023. The location is convenient, I really liked the hotel. A quality hotel.
Clean, cozy. The staff is coming to meet you. There was no kettle in the room - it was quickly organized at the request. The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious.
The hotel has a hammam and sauna. We tried both. I liked the sauna more.
It's a little far from the center, but considering the taxi prices, this is a minor minus.

I had a rest at the hotel in December.
Very friendly staff is a plus, a normal location, there is a sauna and a hammam.
Minuses:
1. There is nothing to eat for breakfast (the choice is meager)
2. The rooms are in need of repair, mold in the bathroom, everything is leaking
3. Poor room cleaning, dirt

I didn't like the breakfasts. Only one kind of porridge, deep plates for which I had to ask. But some second courses, such as pasta and stewed vegetables, perhaps left over from the evening. Sweets from packages. In general, you can find something to eat, but it was not delicious.
The room was booked three months in advance, they asked for a better one. Given on the second floor above the Parking lot, cars can be heard all night. But that's not the worst of it.
The standard double room has a safe and a wardrobe, but they were not there. They said about the safe at the reception that it broke and was taken away to be repaired. If you come for a long time, it is inconvenient without a wardrobe - all things had to be placed on chairs and a bedside table. There is not even a hallway and hooks, there is nowhere to hang at all.
There was hair on the pillow, but the maid had already gone home (at 17 o'clock!), a man from the reception came with a pillowcase.
But the tiniest thing in the bathroom - at night water gushed from the ceiling, from the hatch where the pipes pass. A plumber came with a basin, closed there. I wiped the floor myself and with a towel that was in the bathroom. Apparently, this is a common thing in this room, because the ceiling is mildewed and constantly wet.
The shower stall is leaking heavily.
Once there was a cleaning, only the garbage was taken out, the torn curtains were not even adjusted and the bed was not made. They did not replace towels or add new accessories to the bathroom.
Means for washing in small jars, it is inconvenient to wash. Really not to tell the dispenser?
The request to relocate was refused.
In general, I have never been in such a bad hotel and with such service.

Everything is at a very high level. I liked it so much that the stay was extended for 2 days, I really had to move from room to room (the season and everything is booked), but each room managed to surprise in its own way (pleasantly surprised). Hello. I want to share a wonderful feeling of joy and satisfaction from visiting Yerevan. I just fell in love with this city, And what a friendly and hospitable people. I am already 71 years old. I travel a lot, I have visited many countries of the world. And the place where I stay always plays an important role. In this case, the Grace Forum Hotel. Cozy room, air conditioning, daily cleaning and bottled water as a gift, excellent breakfasts (I would only like a more varied menu). So, everything is like in many hotels... But I have not seen such a friendly, caring attitude and participation towards my clients, perhaps, anywhere else. The receptionist solved all my questions, and even my whims. Special thanks and a low bow to Varouj, who literally took me by the arm and escorted me to a special restaurant that I wanted to visit, then brought his magnificent specialty tea from home, which was not at breakfast.
Otherwise, he just found time to listen to me, my stories about other countries. Elderly people like to talk)). I thank all this wonderful, caring, young staff of the hotel and promise that I will soon fly back to you from cold St. Petersburg to bask in your warm, kind-hearted hotel.

I stopped twice. Everything was great! 10 out of 10. Great breakfasts, perfect cleanliness, service.
I booked again for July, through booking. And there is no prepayment. And as a result, they call me from the hotel and tell me that I will have to pay for the hotel in cash. I ask to make a debit from the card (the card is not the WORLD), to which I receive a refusal. It's interesting: where should I look for an exchanger at night (we arrive in Yerevan at 3 a.m.)? And considering the cost of the hotel: should I prepare a separate bag for cash???
A very unpleasant situation. I called the support service, left a complaint, but did not receive any feedback.

By making an appointment in advance, you can visit them and relax after a hot day. The breakfasts are quite varied. A great hotel with great staff.
I'll tell you how the staff reacted to our problem.
Our flight was postponed for a day, it was impossible to extend the room and there were no available rooms. We are with a small child, it is difficult to leave the room and move to another hotel, so we still need to find a free room and preferably not far away. I asked the administrator to at least give me the opportunity to leave not at 12:00, but at 14:00. The administration allowed it! Then they helped with the search for acceptable options in the city.
As a result, while we were packing, they not only found a room for us in the same hotel, but also solved the issue so that we could stay in our room without moving to another one.
Many thanks to the hotel administration and especially to Arthur, who helped us.
I couldn't tip him, I'm sorry, I'm ashamed.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Point by point. The price-quality ratio is very good. The location is satisfactory, the central places are a leisurely 20-minute walk away.
The rooms are comfortable and comfortable. Mattresses and pillows are as they should be, back and neck are fine.
Clean, friendly and unobtrusive staff, while everything is clean and tidy.
A good sauna, a hammam, a small pool at the hammam, for a splash, a sauna - more, you can even swim.
The main disadvantage is breakfast. May the owners forgive me - this is squalor. Not that there are 4 stars, there are no 2x. There are no juices. Generally. Some one and a half unintelligible compote-like drinks. And everything. The choice of dishes.. it seems that the quantity is normal, but the impression is that the cook does not cook, but spoils the initially good products. Alas. There is a concept of sweets, food and feed. So that's where the food is, alas. You will not stay hungry, but there will be no joy and satisfaction.
But, I repeat, otherwise it is a very good hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel obviously does not pull at 4 stars, rather 2.
Among the advantages:

+ Free sightseeing tour
Minuses:
- Peeling ceiling in the bathroom
- Leaky bed linen and towels
- So-so buffet. A small selection of food, a shortage of plates and free tables
- The impossibility of early check-in, even for an additional fee. Although we had warned in advance that we would arrive early in the morning, we were not offered to pay extra and check in immediately, so we had to spend several hours in the lobby. At the same time, it is not to say that there were many guests in the hotel.
- A room without a closet and a safe, although they were stated in the description
It is quite possible to live, but it is clearly not worth the money

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days.
We arrived at 2 a.m., phoned the hotel about early check-in, but there were no rooms available. We were offered a place in the spa where we can take a shower and relax. After reaching the city, we went for a walk through Yerevan at night and arrived at the hotel only in the morning. We kindly declined a place to rest, but we gladly accepted the offer to leave our things and have breakfast. Such a warm welcome is beyond praise!
Otherwise, everything is already described in the reviews and can be seen in the photo. Nice clean rooms, no extraneous noises and smells, excellent nutritious breakfast and real Armenian hospitality. It is well located, 15-20 minutes on foot from Republic Square, quiet streets, near a good inexpensive kebab shop)) Excursions can be booked right at the hotel. We took one, plus a small overview was included in the price. Everything is as I like it: the historical part is brief in fact, but there is a lot of sincere communication with an extremely pleasant guide named Artak.
I strongly recommend the hotel!

A wonderful hotel. An individual sauna (or hammam) with a swimming pool, it's not a problem to sign up. The Deluxe room is very spacious and comfortable. There is a very tasty red fish for breakfast, I haven't tried it for a long time! And in general it is very satisfying, varied and delicious. When booking any room, a free sightseeing tour of Yerevan is included (in a black Mercedes😃). From the roof of the hotel there is a view of Mount Ararat. The design of the hotel deserves special attention: everything is as new and stylish as possible: marble, bas-reliefs, carpets. Special thanks to the administrator named Varouj and all the staff for their hospitality, kindness and willingness to help.
