The building is old, Soviet-built. It seems that I have fallen into the past. But reliable, like a bomb shelter. Apparently some of the premises are rented. The corridors are dark and gray. But inside (at least in the doctor's office) everything is very civil. There is a toilet on the ground floor with a sign saying "not working". But it actually works. There is an elevator. One problem is parking. There are few places on Panfilov, often they are all occupied. Paid parking remains.
