Nice apartment complex, very decent tenants.
Two swimming pools, open in the summer season. One of the pools was closed in mid-September, but the second one continued to work.
There are enough parking spaces.
Pleasant atmosphere, close to shops.
You need to get to the city by car, or walk for more than 30 minutes. It is inconvenient that there is a highway right next to the complex, along which large traffic flows around the clock, but if the windows overlook the other side, then there is silence, and there is a view of the sea)))
