Cool cottages. It is really possible to accommodate up to 10 people in comfort. There is a kitchen, a cheap one, 2 bathrooms, a car entrance. Everything is private. Fresh renovation. Very high quality. A large two-storey cottage. Kitchen, if you want to cook it yourself. Adjust the temperature in the cottage to suit yourself. There is an air conditioner in each room. The price is super! You can order food at any time and it will be personally prepared for you and brought to the cottage. This is not just a hotel or a house, it is a real villa with all amenities and full service. The only possible disadvantage is that, as in the hotel, they do not come to clean every day in the morning, and cleaning needs to be ordered in advance (although for some it may be a plus, which does not bother the staff). In general, everything is great!

Solid 4k! One of the advantages is a new house with a good , high-quality renovation, a large area. Ideal for a family with 3 children. Of the cons: the smell in the evenings. It's not critical at all. They closed the windows and turned on the air conditioners. The smell can be everywhere, as there are vegetable gardens and farms in every yard. Breakfast is a little sad, they bring it from the cafe. On the 1st day, we had beef with potatoes, chicken with vegetables, a delicious salad with cheese and dessert for breakfast. On the second day on Sunday, there was a choice of samsa or dessert. It is better to cook breakfast yourself, especially since the kitchen is fully equipped. It will probably not be very convenient to take a taxi to the center, but for me it is better to spend the night in a nice and spacious house and go for a walk to the city by taxi than to live for the same money in a cent, but sleep in 1 room at once for all 5m on 30 m2. Definitely, if we come to Samarkand, we will choose this hotel and I will safely recommend it to all my friends.

The apartments are not cleaned, towels have not been changed once in 5 days, there are no toiletries, breakfast (prepaid) is brought in packages from the snack bar. The composition of the breakfast is not agreed. Toilet paper is in short supply. When the window is open, it smells unbearably of manure. The location of the apartments is on the outskirts of the city. The management is terrible. 2 rental periods were booked (because the arrival and departure were from Samarkand), the second one was refused the day before arrival. One of the good things is the quality of the layout and construction.
