Food is good for the price BUT service is not good, not enough waiters. Although I booked a table beforehand, there were no napkins available. Dining hall is very very noisy, because of kids play area. also noise from banquet hall is annoying.

Soy restaurant evokes mixed feelings. On the one hand, delicious dishes and a pleasant atmosphere are pleasing. On the other hand, there are several annoying moments that spoil the overall impression. The staff behaves incorrectly, sometimes loudly communicating with each other right in the hall. Another unpleasant moment is the paid parking for the restaurant's guests. You've already paid for the food and service, but you have to pay for parking separately. Moreover, it is impossible to pay with a card on the spot — there is no terminal, and this causes inconvenience. It seems that only a paid toilet is missing for a complete set.
Overall, the score is 4 out of 5. If the restaurant eliminates these shortcomings, it will deservedly pull 5. But there are doubts that they will change something.
