They promised to help, but no help was provided. As a result of an unresolved accident, the emergency service had to be called on the evening of November 29. Many thanks to the emergency workers (115), who immediately arrived and cleaned the sewers, but at the same time explained that a more thorough cleaning was needed and this was a temporary solution to the problem. The employees of neither KZHREUP Sovetskoye nor their ZHEU-15 enterprises reacted, no work was carried out. When will these employees deign to fulfill their official duties? The work of the managers and plumbers of the above-mentioned enterprises is extremely low and extremely unsatisfactory. Question: payment for utilities is made in full and on time, why are you not fulfilling your functional duties in the same way?
