We went on September 1, took a walk before the start of the school year. What nature, forest, greenery, air, interior in a cafe, serving ... and perhaps that's all... if the waiter had told us to sit and just admire the view from the window and the fire in the fireplace, my rating would have been higher, but we ordered four pizzas, salads, French fries, lattes- the whole kitchen it's just terrible, and the prices for such "food" are huge. All the pizzas were raw when we said that, the next ones were brought to us burnt. We recently celebrated a birthday at the Sova cafe, and I want to share my impressions. On May 26, our holiday was just wonderful! From the very beginning, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who helped to organize everything at the highest level.
The interior of the cafe is very cozy and stylish, creating an atmosphere of comfort and coziness. I especially liked the original decorations and soft lighting, which added a special atmosphere to our evening.
I would like to mention the kitchen separately – all the dishes were not only beautifully decorated, but also very tasty! The menu is varied, and each of our guests has found something to their liking. I especially liked the specialties and desserts – a real gastronomic masterpiece!
The service was excellent: the waiters and the receptionist were polite, attentive and fast. All wishes and requests were fulfilled promptly and with a smile.
The Sova Cafe is a really great place to celebrate important events. We were absolutely delighted and will definitely come back here again. We recommend it to everyone!

We waited an hour for the order, as a result we received only coffee and ordinary black tea under the guise of "taiga herbs". In half an hour (😆). When the waiter was called an hour later to find out what was going on with the soup, we were offered to wait another 15-20 minutes. Or take it with you.
Of course, it was a day off and a big load, but we specifically said before ordering that we were limited in time and found out the cooking time. For example, the soup was promised to be served in fifteen minutes, and the hot one - in a maximum of forty.
As a result, the waiters are polite, but the overall service culture is low. The coffee is ordinary, I did not understand about tea, I got the impression that they put the first thing that was easier to do.

We visited the Owl cafe in Mazurino Park again. We were walking with our family and decided to come in to warm up and have a snack.
We were very satisfied. Friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort. Beautiful view from the veranda to the winter forest.
Now about the kitchen!
We ordered "Solyanka", "Dorado", "Stroganov with mashed potatoes".
Among the appetizers: "salmon carpaccio" and "fried camembert".
For dessert: "chocolate fondue and cheesecakes."
From the children's menu: "meatballs and pasta with nuggets"
Sencha tea and Latte coffee
The order arrived quickly enough.
They specified when to serve drinks. The appliances were clean. Waiters- you are great!
Bottom line: we were here a year ago and, frankly, we were upset, but decided to come back again. And here it is, the moment when I can say that this is the best thing we've ever tried. All the dishes were served in turn, which was very pleasing, as they were hot. Dessert and cheesecakes are something not likely, cheesecakes are the most delicate and the fondue melted in my mouth. The child was just delighted with your dessert.
The food is great, for which many THANKS to the chefs. They are masters of their craft. The drinks were also delicious and hot.
I definitely recommend visiting the cafe "Owl" in Mazurino Park, both to you and to all your friends! You will be well fed and served perfectly. And if you come with children, then there is a high chair in the cafe, as well as a coloring book.

I never write reviews anywhere, but in this situation I want to share my opinion about this institution so that other people think several times whether it is worth visiting it. I decided to celebrate my birthday in this institution and regretted it very much. Initially, I made an order for the banquet and made an advance payment when I wanted to adjust the menu and the number of guests (since one of the guests was hospitalized) 5 days before the banquet, the administrator told me that no changes could be made and if one of your guests does not come, then these are your problems and all that we can do this by wrapping you a portion of the guests who did not come with us. I celebrated holidays in many restaurants in the city and I never encountered such interesting rules anywhere and was of course very surprised and outraged, because we are all human beings and different force majeure situations can happen and everywhere it was always possible to make adjustments to the menu and change the number of guests up or down even on the day of the banquet. But I decided not to spoil the mood before my birthday and close my eyes at this moment, since only one guest could not come to the holiday. I want to note that the cleanliness in this institution leaves much to be desired, the carpet path in front of the cafe was all in the trash, and on the floor of the veranda where the banquet was held, I noticed a couple of pasta))). That is, the staff, knowing that there would be a banquet, did not bother to put things in order, and only after one of the guests made a remark, someone from the staff came out and swept the path near the entrance. Well, as for the cooked dishes, this is just a separate topic. I do not know what kind of chefs work there, but it was simply impossible to eat half of the dishes and snacks, bruschetta from dried bread, herring under a fur coat as if it had already been chewed by someone before, half-baked potatoes in hot and their signature pork in honey-mustard breading, which was very difficult to chew, half-baked eggplant rolls, etc. The impression was simply disgusting and it was a shame for such a kitchen in front of the guests. The only thing I would like to mention in a positive way is the waiter who served us, a very pleasant, tactful young man who did his job for all five points. In general, I would not recommend anyone to visit this place, although the location of the cafe is very good, in a park area, with a beautiful view, but there is a very big problem with the kitchen and staff (with the exception of one waiter)))))..

I was at a wedding in this cafe, it all started with the fact that it was a very hot summer day, the newlyweds ordered a decoration in the cafe, namely an arch.
Initially, the celebration was planned on the veranda, but it was just hellishly hot, and there was no air conditioning on the veranda, after about an hour, we noticed that there were practically no people in the cafe itself and asked if it was possible to move everything inside and continue there, since there were air conditioners. We were given consent, but they said that the arch would not be carried, and this is a decoration, part of the holiday and the cost for it is not small - 360 rubles, but I had to agree, since it was not possible to cook people in the heat any further,
Of course, it was a shame. There was no difficulty in moving it, it was not huge and not lifting.
Next, the barbecue was served, the institution worked until 24:00, the beginning of the holiday was at 16:00, the barbecue was brought almost at 23:00, when the guests were almost leaving.
During the feast, one of the guests with a glass of wine went outside and stood there drinking from it, coming from the street, of course, the glass was returned to the hall, but for some reason it was already included in the price)
I went up to the waiter and said that the glass was brought and then it was removed from the price.
After the newlyweds saw off almost all the guests, they gathered and went outside to wait for transport home, since the institution was closing while waiting for a taxi, by the way, it was a very long wait, after about half an hour the waiter came out and said that you need to pay for a glass, allegedly it was cracked, which is very strange, maybe it was cracked , we did not consider them initially, it is not difficult to pay, the amount is not large, but the fact itself, how we determined that it was our fault that it cracked is not clear.
The disadvantages are not big, but after all, they give the impression of the institution.
Summing up, the food is delicious, the prices are not cheap, but the level of service needs to be increased.

On Easter we visited the Owl cafe. And we were disappointed. The chicken kebab was brought slightly warm and not tasty. The pancakes were overcooked on the outside to a stale crust, inside there were green raw potatoes (the dish costs 16 rubles!). The chicken soup from the children's menu was pleasant, fresh and delicious. Borscht for 12 rubles certainly pumped up. Potato slices from frozen old potatoes waited for 40 minutes and were left on the table, not tasty. A restaurant with a beautiful veranda, in the woods, with a variety of expensive menus, the waiter tries his best - this is one of the advantages.

We have been visiting the Sova cafe with our family since its opening.
The first trips were wonderful, delicious, sincere, friendly.
We love carpacho very much, we taste it in different places. At the very beginning of the cafe, carpacho was amazing.
But after a while, another visit ended with not very pleasant impressions. We ordered carpacho, it didn't taste so rich anymore, but that's not the worst thing... there was a metal rivet under the cheese, and under the meat, a fiber from a metal washcloth. They apologized verbally, but no delicious apologies, as in other cafes and restaurants. There were also cheesecakes in the order, they just appeared on the menu, so terrible in appearance and tasteless, I have not seen anywhere! It turned out that when visiting a cafe, there are always few people, but the wait for food is very long.
Again, the family walked in the park and went with
the child to sit in a cafe, the children's menu is not brought, although they see that a small child is sitting, the menu needs to be begged. Well, the cherry on the cake, visiting the cafe "Owl" has never ended with us ... we ordered CARPACHO, tasteless again and a bonus from the chef, POISONING!

But the table that we sat down at was not clean and the waitress was hinted about it , but pretended that it was necessary . We made an order , we forgot to specify that we eat soup first , and then dessert . And when she said that coffee was after the meal , they brought a cup of coffee next . My daughter does not drink hot , but I do not drink cold . The coffee compared to what I used to drink here was much better , you didn 't have to drink this one (What always pleases me is chicken pate . The price is of course) but it is delicious. Nature is nature, but if visitors can't eat in peace and have to jump, bounce and run away from the table - this is your problem, not nature's. Most likely you have a hornet's nest somewhere. The 21st century is in the yard, there are methods of fighting, pump up and do something about it, please. I want to sit outside in the summer, but not at the cost of being stung.
The food seemed to be good (as far as one could understand, taking into account the constant jumps), but the cheesecake was very bad, tasteless in itself and as if it had been stale for a long time.
