Awesome hotel for adults (there is no entertainment for children). The medina is a 15-minute walk away, the food is good, the rooms are clean and beautiful. The hotel has its own fenced beach, beggars are not allowed, and this is a huge plus. This hotel is ideal for a two-person holiday. The staff started speaking Russian in a week, when we arrived on 09.2019, they spoke only English, but I have no problems with that. But after us, the Russians began to arrive. The result: in a week already! Note that the staff knew simple words in Russian. Well done, they learn fast. There were 70% Americans, 29% French and 1% Russians in the hotel on our first day, that is, us. In a week: 10% Americans, 10% French, 20% Ukrainians and 60% Russians. The only thing is if you go in September, be ready to enjoy the local jellyfish. It stings very unpleasant, then it burns for a couple of hours and so constantly. There are a lot of them in September, as we later Googled, apparently they also have a vacation at this time of the year. They don 't seem to be visible , but then they even learned to identify them , and by the end they got used to swimming with them. Well, this is a trifle, compared to what adventures we had in Tunisia. If you go to this hotel, enjoy your stay!

We rested from September 20 to September 26, 2022. What can I say, this is not a 5-star hotel. The condition of the rooms is poor, there has been no repair for 10 years. The food is terribly monotonous, for the last two days we went to the restaurant opposite. There is no children's entertainment, there is no water park, there is a very large selection of drinks in the bars. The worst thing is the dirt. It is everywhere: in the halls of the hotel, the beach is very dirty: everything is in swags, plastic and packaging. The city itself is so polluted that it is amazing, we have not seen such dirt in any country in the world. For that kind of money, you could go to the UAE, but it's hot there in September. I do not recommend this hotel

The hotel is awesome!
The rooms are spacious and very clean, everything works, the staff is very responsive and help with any questions! The kitchen is a separate song, the food in this hotel is just great!
I won't say anything about alcohol, because I didn't drink anything except a couple of bottles of local beer.
There is a swimming pool, but why use it when there is a sea? It takes about a minute to walk to the sea from the pool (there is an entrance to the tunnel - a passage that leads directly to the beach of the hotel )
