There is no private beach , according to the stories of the tour operator , there is one , but this is not the case . The beach is public, it's very dirty, no one cleans it. The beach is located across the road, which you still have to manage to get through so that you don't get hammered by these drivers. The hotel is not in the most prosperous area, it is very, very dirty near the hotel. They can easily steal a bag or backpack. I do not advise you to go to this area of Sousse.
