On April 22, we learned all the information we were interested in installing the subwoofer, the master named the price, did not specify any details and nuances about the purchase of an additional one.consumables did not specify. 8.05 we wrote to the master to clarify the record, we signed up for 11.05 at 10 a.m. At the appointed time, we arrived at the service, there was no one there, we called the master! It turns out that they simply forgot about our recording, referring to the fact that we recorded a long time ago (we signed up on 8.05 at 11.05), The man began to call the master who was supposed to do all this, as it turned out that the master would be in place only at 15:00. After that, the man on the phone started asking us what we need to install on which car, etc. and so on. During the conversation, he asked if we had any extras.installation tools that he did not initially ask us about and did not specify! And then the phrase "What do we need to connect to ? Well, if you want, our master will buy an additional one.did I tell you the amount?" We named the amount that he initially announced to us and then he said that we need to pay another 100 rubles for these extras.Materials!!!
