Great hotel. In the morning, a good breakfast buffet (do not forget that it is in Japanese style, not European). Downstairs in the lobby, it is fashionable to always take everything you need for free: toiletries, even a shaving machine, bath salts, tea, coffee and other small things. The rooms are very cozy, clean, everything is available
Convenient location of the hotel from the international exhibition complex. A 6-minute walk from the monorail station. There is a grocery store opposite, but three roads away there is a chic grocery supermarket, 1.2 km on foot. Check-in at the hotel after 15 o'clock. If you arrived earlier, you can leave your luggage and take a walk around the island. You wouldn't even think that this island is built on a waste recycling product. Wide streets, green trees and tall houses, nothing betrays the origin of the island. Now about the hotel. After 15 hours of long check-in, the exhibitors stay at this hotel, hence the queue. We booked a room in the VIP area of the hotel, these are larger rooms and they are located above the 16th floor. The rooms are not big anyway, I can imagine the size of the rooms below the 17th floor! The floor is quiet, but the poor sound insulation of the windows and the noise from the highway prevents you from sleeping. At my request to change to another room, quieter, I received a polite refusal. There are two separate elevators to the upper floors. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily, pajamas and towels are changed, as well as the bed. The pillows are comfortable, one for each, and the blanket is very warm. The central air conditioning system is not clear. At a given temperature, cold or hot air blows. Water is not brought to the room, but new slippers are brought every day, while used ones are not cleaned. Also in the room there is a kettle with a tea set, a microwave, a full-fledged refrigerator with freezer, an iron with ironing board, TV with Japanese channels and an electric foot massager. There is a separate bathroom, an automatic toilet with a bede function and a mirror with a hairdryer in one room and an airtight small bathtub with a shower in the other. Next to the refrigerator there is enough space for suitcases that will not interfere. Room with balcony, stained glass window with mosquito net. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor. Buses run from the hotel to the airports, it is very convenient, to Narita airport 2900 yen, cheaper than by taxi, and you do not have to carry suitcases on trains. Facials and tea and coffee bags are available in the lobby for free.
