I was in this beautiful place in early October. Clean, cozy, beautiful, clean sea - everything you need for a great holiday. The room has clean linen, modern beds, air conditioning, refrigerator, towels, liquid soap, toilet paper and a hairdryer. The city center is less than a kilometer away, there are many shops and cafes around. There are small pebbles and sand on the beach. There are shadows from the trees who do not want to roast in the sun. Thanks a lot to Gurgen and Veronica for a great stay. I hope to come with the children more than once to you.

Excellent location, right in the forest, the sea is 2 minutes away. The beach is free. 2 cafes with excellent cuisine. 3 minutes to Cypress Alley. Veronica is a very friendly receptionist, she checked in earlier, showed and told everything. The cozy, clean room is fully equipped. Comfortable bed, orthopedic mattress. New plumbing, everything works. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a stable WiFi signal, it works even when the lights are turned off, which is not uncommon in Abkhazia. We had a rest in August at the guest house. We were very satisfied! Everything is clean and tidy. We have been resting for the second year in a row. The owner is well done! He updates everything, tries to improve everything. The rooms are great. The room has a refrigerator, hair dryer, TV with Internet, split. The Internet is free on the territory of the hotel. There is everything you need in the shared kitchen. What's cool is that it's always quiet there. You can't hear the neighbors. They are allowed with small dogs without food.
This year, the administrator is very crazy. Always in touch. We arrived at 5 a.m. and we were lucky the room was one of the two available and we checked in right away.
The sea and the beach are gorgeous. Very close to the sea, cafes and shops.

We returned from a vacation in a beautiful, cozy place of Pitsunda "Pine Paradise" (07/18/24−07/24/24) I would like to share my impression) Abkhazia is amazing! Very beautiful and hospitable, with a clean, transparent sea.
They met us, settled us, told us everything, showed us. The guest house itself is very cozy and clean, there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, dishes, we had a TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning in our room. The rooms are equipped with good and high-quality furniture, the shower has all good quality plumbing and underfloor heating. The photos of the rooms correspond to reality.
I would like to say a big thank you to the administrator Veronica!!! She is a very responsive, kind, positive person. He will tell you everything, orient you!
The road to the beach passes through a beautiful forest, the beach is just huge and there is enough space for everyone, there is no one that sits on each other's "heads". If necessary, you can sit in the shade of the pines.
The location is very convenient, as far as the sea, as far as the center where markets, shopping pavilions, recreation areas, canteens. Everything is nearby, but at the same time a very quiet place.
We liked everything very much. We plan to come again!

We've been coming here for years... We decided not to cheat on ourselves... Because the place is great... Everything is nearby - the sea, shops, canteens, cafes... The beach is free... The rooms are clean, there is TV everywhere, refrigerators, tables outside or on the veranda, you can sit in the evening... The kitchen is for those who cook themselves... This guest house is suitable for a quiet family holiday. The yard is landscaped, lots of greenery, rooms are clean, there is a TV, split, shower, fresh renovation. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. Separate access to the sea (there is an intercom). The road to the sea is through a pine grove, the beach is not landscaped, but there is a well-maintained one nearby, the water is warm, transparent, the beach is large. The location is very convenient, there are many shops, cafes, shopping malls nearby. The receptionist Veronica and the host Gurgen are polite and hospitable, they keep clean and tidy.

I thank Veronica from the bottom of my heart for the kind and warm welcome! I will start from the very beginning of my arrival in this wonderful place, really in paradise! When booking, I was very worried about the truthfulness of the reviews and for our meeting from the railway station, but my worries were in vain, Veronica sent us the transfer number, we agreed to meet us from the Adler railway station, a very good driver arrived, met us at the border, told us everything on the way to the hotel, also told a lot about all the sights and generally about Abkhazia! We arrived early, Veronica met us, and as soon as we got to the territory of the Pine Paradise, we realized we were in paradise! There were five of us, my mother and my family (I am a husband and two children). There is WiFi throughout the property. The territory is gentrified and very beautiful, with tangerine trees, the rooms are gorgeous, and most importantly the road to the sea through a beautiful grove and 2 minutes and you are on a beautiful, clean sea, and where there are not many people at all. There was everything you need for a wonderful holiday nearby, honestly there are no words, only emotions and wonderful memories for our whole family and tears in our eyes from longing for Pitsunda and Pine Paradise! We had a rest in October of the 24th year. before that, we stayed in other places of Abkhazia (Gudauta, new Athos, Alakhadze), there is something to compare it with. the first huge plus is the attentive and friendly attitude towards the guests! the second important plus is the location of the house with access to the sea (200 m) with a clean beach with small pebbles through the famous Pitsunda pine relic forest with its unforgettable air! the third plus is excellent rooms with new and modern renovation. two fully equipped kitchens for self-catering. there are several places on the shore where you can eat, both expensive and not expensive, but delicious both there and there. shops and a market are within walking distance. but you need to take into account that almost all products and vegetables are imported from the Krasnodar territory, so you don't have to rely on cheap local vegetables).and another plus is the guest house, even if the lights are turned off, which happens often in Abkhazia, the Internet works as usual. we are very happy with our stay in this place !!! and now if we go to Abkhazia, then only there! many thanks to the hosts and the administrator Veronica!

Good afternoon! In June 2024, we stayed in Pine Paradise and were very satisfied. The rest was wonderful! Clean, cozy rooms (refrigerator, split, TV, hair dryer), summer kitchen on each floor, also with everything you need. I especially liked the underfloor heating in the shower. A neat, cozy courtyard. Access to the sea through a pine grove (3 minutes literally) there is a cafe on the beach.

I saw Abkhazia for the first time in 2012, the Pine Grove boarding house. Since then, I've been trying to please myself with a visit here every year. We were in this guest house from 23.07 to 30.07. in the second building. New renovation, new furniture, comfortable mattresses, underfloor heating in the shower - towels and things dry much faster. The electricity was turned off a couple of times for 30 minutes during the whole time. There are a lot of children, ours also jumped on the lawn between the tangerine trees. There's not a lot of space, of course, but there was enough for the children. In the evening, they gather in a crowd in the summer kitchen, draw, read, sculpt, play, and generally create! Summer kitchens on each floor (2). The washing machine is in a separate room, someone threw it, forgot and you can wait a long time for the owner of the laundry to pick it up. We made it easier, the washing was over, no one came for 5 minutes - we put it in the existing basin and that's it. There is a small refrigerator in the room, you can't cram a lot), a set of towels, a hair dryer. A table with chairs is very conveniently located at the entrance to the room. They didn't eat at all in the summer kitchen. We only made breakfast. Be sure to go to the cafe on the same side of the street through 3 houses. Live music. Gorgeous fried trout. And the meat is in a pot with vegetables and herbs...under the chacha.. it's just a piece of the head))

A very nice and cozy guest house, especially when you arrive in a terrible downpour, but the sun comes out clear in the person of Veronica, the administrator of the guest house! I put 5+ for accommodation, the shared kitchen is always clean and tidy. After 22:00 there is silence in the courtyard, you can relax! The sea is close, 5 minutes! The only thing I would like to remind vacationers, just for the purpose of caring — 1 glass of Polysorb 1 time a day and a jar of Coca-Cola (not pepsi and not good Cola)1 time a day will help you not to catch rotovirus......

We've gone to Heaven! The rooms are comfortable and clean, which was very important for us! Kitchen on the veranda overlooking the forest, squirrels and singing birds! Everything for cooking is available, there are shops with sincere sellers near the house. The window of the room overlooks the grove, and when you leave the room, you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the tangerine garden. On the first line from the sea, it's a thrill, the children are tired of the sea, some came running home, yes, HOME! Very homely atmosphere, kind and lovely owners of this paradise. The guest house is on the first line - 3 minutes through the pine forest to the best beach of the Black Sea. 12 minutes walk to Cypress Alley. We lived in a renovated room - the room is small, but has all the amenities - refrigerator, air conditioning, good shower, blackout curtains. We really rested in Paradise from July 4 to July 8, 2024. Brand new rooms after renovation, fully equipped with all amenities (air conditioning, TV, furniture, hairdryer and even Underfloor heating in the bathroom). Each room has a dryer and its own private table with chairs. The road to the sea through a pine forest with relict pines and aromas. The beach is pebbly, but swimming in the sea you look at the pines. You can walk to the center. There are many cafes on the beach with affordable prices, and if you want homemade food, there is a kitchen fully equipped with everything, even a coffee maker. Which we drank in the manadrin garden. Shops are just a stone's throw away. Thank you very much to the adminstrator Veronica, a very pleasant, responsive and sincere girl. It will help with any question. The most important thing is that this hotel is located a little far from the busy street with cafes, but not so far away. And the exit is immediately to the reserve and to the sea. The forest is magical and the Cote d'Azur!
Morning birdsong!!! Walking distance of everything. And cafes and a great restaurant on the beach and just canteens. The gym is 100 meters away. There is a good store nearby. There are organ concerts in the Pitsunda Temple every week.
And of course the healing air and the sea with dolphins every day!
Of course, there is little entertainment for children, but if desired, you can find something to do.
To come here for relaxation and health.
Prices are the same as everywhere else! Delicious milk and meat! There has not been such a thing in Russia for a long time!
If desired, you can visit any excursions, the choice is huge!

Nearby there are shops, a mini market, a cypress alley, 7-10 minutes walk to the center. We had a vacation in Abkhazia in the summer of 2023
When they decided to go to Pitsunda, it turned out that the accommodation had already been booked. There is only room left in this guest house, where we were kindly offered an old one-story building. After reading the positive reviews, we decided to book a place without much hesitation.
We found out what kind of "paradise" it is only after crossing the threshold of the room. The smell of dampness, mixed with detergent. There is a suffocating smell in the bathroom, black mold is clearly visible on the walls. The shower faucet flowed from all the cracks, complementing the terrible sight. That evening, we immediately informed the owner that we were not satisfied with such apartments, but there were no options for the next night – we had to stay. The beds were narrow with smelly sagging mattresses, on which it was unbearable to sleep, as the springs dug into the body. The renovation and furnishings are more like a hospital room. And all this for 4000 rubles per day! Definitely not recommended!

This is an incredible place where silence and serenity live. The guest house is almost 360* surrounded by a forest and waking up to the singing of a tick is incomparable. The exit along the forest path to the sea is 3 minutes, the cleanest beach and the gentle sea.
The rooms are fresh, the linen is of high quality. 2 guest kitchens, each floor has its own dining area. The room has its own tables where you can sit with a glass of wine in the evening)

We lived in this hotel from 18 to 28.07.the rooms have new plumbing, new furniture, fresh renovation,3 minutes to the sea (to the wild beach), there are many cafes and shops within walking distance. There are 2 summer kitchens on the territory of the hotel - you can cook, there were no problems with water - there was always, electricity was turned off for a short time, but this is a centralized problem for the whole of Abkhazia. In general, we liked everything. I recommend this hotel!

Good afternoon, I would like to inform you that we rested in July 2023 in Pitsunda on 51 Gotsua Street under another name Pine Paradise, a very convenient place, literally 5 minutes to the shore. Even in a storm, the sea turned out to be clear. Despite all the misunderstandings with the neighbors, since they are different (neighbors), everything was just fire. I would like to note that there is a cafe with a live voice nearby. You don't have to complain about the hostess, there are a lot of people who don't have time to see all the whims, Gurgen's son helps him with this, and special thanks to him. You won't regret going.
