I was in this beautiful place in early October. Clean, cozy, beautiful, clean sea - everything you need for a great holiday. The room has clean linen, modern beds, air conditioning, refrigerator, towels, liquid soap, toilet paper and a hairdryer. The city center is less than a kilometer away, there are many shops and cafes around. There are small pebbles and sand on the beach. There are shadows from the trees who do not want to roast in the sun. Thanks a lot to Gurgen and Veronica for a great stay. I hope to come with the children more than once to you.

Excellent location, right in the forest, the sea is 2 minutes away. The beach is free. 2 cafes with excellent cuisine. 3 minutes to Cypress Alley. Veronica is a very friendly receptionist, she checked in earlier, showed and told everything. The cozy, clean room is fully equipped. Comfortable bed, orthopedic mattress. New plumbing, everything works. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a stable WiFi signal, it works even when the lights are turned off, which is not uncommon in Abkhazia. There is a barbecue area, 2 shared kitchens with everything you need. Always clean and tidy. We had a rest at the end of September 2024, number 26. To the owners of prosperity and development. We will definitely come back.

We had a rest in August at the guest house. We were very satisfied! Everything is clean and tidy. The room has good furniture, snow-white bed linen, towels.The kitchen is also perfectly clean, new dishes! All vacationers also try to keep clean! The path to the sea is just a fairy tale!!! The receptionist Veronica is very sweet and pleasant. The host Gurgen is polite and pleasant. Thank you so much for letting us stay with the dog!!!! Excellent WiFi. Prosperity to your guest house!!
