This is a great place to relax, lots of space, clean beach, clean sea, great weather!
We were here from 07/29.24 to 08.08.24
We arrived with a camper, there are a lot of places in the campsite and for every taste. we arrived at night, they met us and showed us where to get up without any questions, I asked for payment, etc. they told me to get up, spread out and rest then we'll decide everything) we slept well) and then everything was decided.
There is a dining room, a bar on site (prices are slightly higher than in the store but cheaper than in resort towns), a 10-minute drive to the nearest store, as well as 15 minutes to hot springs, 45 minutes to Sukhum, everything is essentially within reach.
The territory is clean, constantly cleaned, garbage is constantly taken out.
No one makes any noise, it's quiet at night, only cicadas sing) and then not very loudly)
There were no mosquitoes, 2 flying ones are not mosquitoes)
One day it stormed, brought twigs, etc... the next day, everything was already packed, and the beach was clean! Near the lake, take fishing rods, in the morning from 06:00 to 09:00 Mullet pecks (large, for bread)
I didn't see any extra people at the campsite, the locals swim behind the fence, and they are quite polite and sociable there, they will tell you.
The administration is friendly, they go around every morning asking if everything is okay with you.
The issues are solved easily without problems.
Sorry, I forgot the name of the guy like he's the brother of the administrator) very responsive, polite, he met us when we arrived, and I also came fishing without bread.... and he was sitting there fishing, without any questions, he threw me a loaf of bread) Thank you!
The air is simply excellent, eucalyptus trees, pine trees. After the rain, everything dried out quickly, the smell of eucalyptus was pleasantly intoxicating)
I recommend a visit!
There is only one of the disadvantages... there are no stickers, I would like to stick them on the camper as a keepsake

We were in July 2024 with my wife, daughter and dog. A very wonderful place to relax! I chose it in advance by Yandex. The campsite has a large territory, there are plenty of convenient places for tents, however, there are very comfortable houses for a family of three, air conditioning, a shower cabin, a small refrigerator, everything works, clean, cozy, very reasonable price per day, houses are being prepared for delivery and for a larger number of vacationers. Parking for a car is 40 meters from the house. There's plenty of room for a dog to walk. The sea is a hundred meters away, the purest. There are very few people, the beach is pebbles, tents, sun beds, saps. The territory and the beach are clean, the dining room is for four, but you can order something delicious. The owner of the campsite is doing well, trying his best, thank you very much! A two-storey mini-hotel is under construction, but it does not interfere with rest in any way. Three hundred meters away there is a large lake, a lot of fishermen, in the evening, when they return, you can inexpensively buy live fish and fry it on the tile next to the house. A little clumsy entrance from the highway - 2-3 km, crushed stone, but this did not particularly upset, there are cooler pits on the highway in the Voronezh region! The restaurant with wonderful cuisine in Kaman by the road is very beautiful and delicious, and not expensive. In Abkhazia for the second time, I liked this place more than Pitsunda, although it is not so far away, and here Sukhum, Assir are nearby, mines, an abandoned city, Kaman, hot springs. One thing is a little depressing - local and Krasnodar deer driving and horses on the roads, cows are predictable, but horses and deer are not, especially Krasnodar ones, but I somehow got used to it. By the way, they don't jump like that closer to Moscow😝

We rested in a pine forest at a campsite. The territory is large, a huge complex is being built, there are houses, glamping and a large plot for motorhomes and camping. For camping, part of the territory has been freshly counted, has not yet been improved, there are many irregularities, stumps and branches, but you can find a place. There is free access to water on the territory, there are sockets, toilets, washbasins, a dining room, a cafe-bar, the territory is cleaned and illuminated in the evening, the beach is pebbly and sandy. A huge disadvantage is the lack of a hot shower, as a mother with children it is terribly inconvenient for me. There is only a summer shower on the beach. If there was a washing machine, it would also be a huge plus, 100-150 rubles for washing is a good price.

A great place for a relaxing holiday with children without night discos!
The territory is clean, the staff maintains complete order.
The canteen is open from 9:00 to 20:00, the food is delicious at home. If desired, you can order your own dishes to choose from. Special thanks to the chef!

🌴⛺Rest in this campsite for every taste. If you want, you can come with tents or in a car house, and if you want, you can stay in cozy houses (+ a hotel is being built). The territory is divided, there is enough space for everyone, even on the shore, even in the camp.
The shore is pebbly, the sea is clean (we even saw dolphins near the shore, they gave us a show)
There is a lake nearby, you can walk to it, buy Mullet fish from fishermen
And what kind of nature is here ?pine trees and palm trees nearby ?(thorns can only stick into shales)
The place is very sincere, warm, homely.

Cozy camping. We were there out of season in May and October - sailing trips by sea. We stayed overnight. Once with tents, the second time in cabins due to bad weather. The hosts are very hospitable, they did everything and even more for our comfortable overnight stay. The rooms are very comfortable, there is always hot water, toilet, WiFi. The owner's mother, a very nice elderly woman, cooks superbly - you can have breakfast in the dining room. During the season, breakfasts, lunches, dinners are constantly prepared and, for sure, just a snack ;). From the campsite, you can take a taxi to the hot springs and generally to any excursions. We didn't swim much - the sea was already cool, but the beach was clean, pebbly, like everywhere else. There are comfortable, level places for tents, in the sun and in the shade. We stayed with great pleasure. Hello to Indira, one of the housewives - she helped us out a lot when we forgot one of the grocery bags in the store! I arranged for someone to be brought in. Come here safely!

Very quiet place, well-maintained territory
The sea is clear and more often calm
-1 star : the rooms are not cleaned , there is no TV and a very uncomfortable mattress goodbye back
-2 star : the food in the restaurant is for an amateur, I personally did not like it , we went a couple of times then cooked ourselves
The service there is good
I hope the campsite management will take these comments into account and everything will be perfect

A wonderful place, clean sea, huge territory, clean and well-groomed beach. There is a dining room and a bar on site. We were standing there with a tent. A place under the tent in the shade and with an outlet. Toilets and outdoor showers are nearby. The sea is less than a minute walk away. Kind and helpful hosts and staff.

We arrived at the suggestion of friends and did not regret it, the rest of the family was gorgeous, we lived in a house, the price was acceptable, we met good-naturedly. Air conditioning, small refrigerator, toilet,shower in the house. And most importantly, a relaxing holiday without drunken companies.

Большая территория, огромные сосны, воздух обалденный. Рядом скурчинский заповедник и озеро Скурча. Пляж галечный, мусор стараются убирать, можно взять на прокат шезлонг, на пляже народу мало, только те кто вмкемпинге живут. На территории есть летние души на пляже. Есть туалеты, подключение к электричеству, много кранов с водой, Wi-Fi слабоватый. Есть ларёк (мороженое, питьё, кукуруза, кофе), есть кафе, при нас открыли столовую, про них ничего сказать не могу, не ели не были. Можно взять на прокат сап, можно покататься на банане или гидроцикле. Для детей есть батуты. Принимают палаточников, караваны и автодома. Так же можно просто арендовать у них домик. Подъезд с основной дороги плоховат, грунтовка неровная 4км. До ближайшего магазина надо ехать на машине. До Сухум 20 км. Отдыхали там 2 недели в августе, море было тёплое медуз не было, дельфины приплывали раз 5. Огромный минус для нас и не только - это полчища комаров по вечерам, спасались всевозможными средствами. Ну и мужу не хватало душа с горячей водой.

Отдохнули великолепно! Всем советую!
Территория большая. Под кемпинг тоже много места на основной поляне с соснами и в др. Местах базы отдыха
Чистота!!! Есть душ. Интернет стабильный, вечерами смотрели фильмы на ютубе без тормозов.
Очень следят за чистотой , туалетную бумагу доносили стабильно. Я везде ходила босиком- стекла битого нет.
Респект за кабинки на пляже- и помыться и переодеться можно сразу. Но нужно повесить там крючки.
Пляж мелко-мелко галечный на входе. На берегу галька и песок. Морское дно песчаное на глубине,у берега галька. Заходить удобно.
Есть шезлонги на пляже.
Есть столовая, бар на пляже, киоск и точка продажи овощей(скудная).
Территория огромная, тихая, спокойная, везде расслабон.
Цены разумные, даже приятные.
Из неприятных минусов:
1- долгая пыльная ухабистая дорога
2- мухи. Метрах в 100 от территории организовали помойку и как следствие нашествие кусачих мух. Когда ветерок их сдувает, когда ветер слабый они выбешивают.
3- освещение на территории ночью для меня слишком яркое. Фонарь пробивался через палаточную стену и немного мешал. Если бы свет приглушали до сумеречного на ночь- было отлично. Зато ночью в туалет легко найти, там кстати свет включился по датчикам движения-👍

We went to this campsite for several years and were last year, at first we stood with a tent, but after it became very hot we moved into the cabins, we were in July 2023. Rest in the house, of course, is not five balls, but a solid three. Why is there a three, there is a table and one chair, the dining room did not work, and there is simply nowhere else to eat, there is only barbecue and pizza in the cafe.
But what happened this year is simply beyond comprehension. In the spring, there was a 3500 promotion for a house in the month of June and we booked from the 20th to the 30th, booked 10 houses, namely 10, since it is the last one and we were allowed to put up an awning, a kitchen to cook. We arrived and found out, upon arrival on the spot, that our house is occupied, and next to it, as well as in front of it and in front of all the houses, two-story louvres are built five meters away and the view from the house is not on the sea, but on the wall!! And that's not all, the other nine houses are occupied by children, there are fees going on, at least 4 children in each house and we are offered a house in the middle of this pioneer camp. I ask why we were not warned that there is no more sea view and that construction is going on every day, except Sunday, that waking up at seven in the morning to the rise of the sports camp and then plunge into the construction site does not really look like relaxation, but they also explained to us that behind these houses there is a construction of a two-storey hotel and there concrete pumps and a crane are working, in addition to the fact that bricks are being laid and they do not have a marotory for the season. To which they explained to us that we had booked at the old price and be glad that the price was not raised for you. It is not necessary to say that after Katerina's administrator has been replaced, they will politely communicate with you. It is a pity that such a place has been turned into a construction site. I posted a review in the contact group and was immediately banned. There are no real Video reviews from last year in this group. So if you are looking for relaxation, and not life in a pioneer camp on a construction site, then it is better not to make an advance payment, and if you have doubts with my review, then ask for a real-time video review when booking and you will be able to see both the construction site and the sea closed from you by houses.

Отдыхали в июле 2023 года. Сам кемпинг очень сильно понравился. Для отличного отдыха все есть: и пляж, и тенёк для комфортного размещения, и для детей батут, горка, банан.
Душ, туалет, электричество, всё это тоже присутствует. По стоимости - 1000 р за палатку (количество людей не считали).
Мы отдыхали с маленькими детьми, и нам было очень важно, чтобы ночью было тихо и спокойно, и этот кемпинг максимально оправдал наши ожидания и запросы.
Море было очень теплое и очень чистое (больше такой прозрачной воды мы не встречали на всем побережье)
Единственный минус за который я скинул одну звезду-это то, что в вечернее время ОЧЕНЬ много мошки и комаров, поэтому стоит это учитывать при поездке на отдых. Кемпинг рекомендую.

Отличный кемпинг. Широкая прибрежная полоса с галечным пляжем и песчаным берегом с пальмами. Кемпинг новый, но неплохо обустроенный. Чистые туалеты, вода и электричество в наличии и неплохого качества. Есть бар и столовая. Место далеко от крупных городов и немноголюдное. Хозяева блюдут тишину и порядок. Из минусов - по вечерам кусачие москиты, по утрам такие же мухи. Шашлык для готовки купить поблизости будет нереально, везите с Сухума.

Отдыхали в июле 2023. Кемпинг понравился, один из лучших, в котором отдыхал. Большая закрытая, облагороженная территория, пока немноголюдно, достаточно тихо, красивые виды, чистое море. В зоне палаток есть wi-fi, освещение, розетки, туалет, вода.
Кемпинг новый и еще развивается, ставлю 5 баллов авансом, но на развитие поделюсь обратной связью:
В зоне палаток, хотелось бы добавить больше розеток (у 1й линии у дороги), у кранов с водой поставить тумбы/раковину для удобства мытья посуды и повесить зеркало (увидел себя через неделю). Есть душ с "летней" водой, для взрослых никаких проблем помыться, но хотелось бы иметь возм-ть (хотя бы за отдельную плату) помыть маленького ребенка в теплой воде. Очень не хватало возм-ти пользоваться холодильником (хотя бы за отдельную плату). Иногда поздновато громко играла музыка в баре, но в основном было тихо.
Также пожили в домиках. Не хватает мест хранения, полочек, крючков. В шкафу всего 3 вешалки, нет полок. Нет стола, стульев.
В целом все недостатки по мелочи и легко устранимы. Мы остались очень довольны, будем рекомендовать друзьям и хочется самим вернуться вновь. Хозяева и администрация молодцы, шли на встречу просьбам, быстро реагировали. Желаю успехов и дальнейшего развития!

I really liked the campsite. The owners and staff are simply charming, we have not met such hospitality anywhere in Abkhazia, and we have rolled more than 1000 km there. Clean sea, and a 5-minute walk from a huge lake where you can go fishing. At the campsite there is a campsite, and separate houses, there is a good dining room, ready to cook anything you ask. They also have a beautiful dog Umka, alabai, very kind and sweet. If camping, then only here!

Отличное место для отдыха. Огорожено забором (больше для формальности, но по факту левые местные люди не шастают вокруг тебя) есть туалеты которые убирают (не фаянс, но пойдёт) есть душевые (вода уличной температуры) есть электричество прямо у палатки( не забудьте удлинители 20+ метров) и вайфай прямо из палатки! Есть вода краны около палаток что бы помыть посуду, умыться почистить зубы, срочную сполоснуть ноги после моря. Есть тень, есть возможность(но не везде) натянуть тент. Место для гамаков почти нет, но есть местные, общие. Прекрасный администратор Катя. Помогла с вопросами, рассказала показала всегда на связи. Местные работники все добрые. Есть ларек, есть кафе бар небольшой, есть столовая. Радушный приём чувство безопасности. Пляж находится в 2 х минутах ходьбы от палатки. Лучше место в Абхазии, и единственное безопасное(если вы не были в этой стране и есть желание уехать дальше гагров, не нарвавшись на 90ые, лучше ехать сразу сюда) цена приемлемая. Сам пляж чистый, ухоженный. И малолюдный. Будет время побыть вдвоем. Вода чистая. Бухта день о себе знать. Дно приятная галька .Видно горы с пляжа.

Очень хорошее место, отдыхали с палатками, была своя, но мы заехали в уже установленную 4х местную, цены очень даже приемлемые. Большая территория, есть все необходимое, много развлечений, шикарный кинотеатр на открытом воздухе, баня, лежаки, гамаки, гидроциклы, есть бар, кухня, шикарный отдых на природе у моря. Море чистое, широкая береговая линия, очень комфортный заход в море. Есть wi-fi, розетки, беседки. Широкий спектр услуг и развлечений, всего не перечесть. Очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал. Спасибо за отдых! Всей команде большой привет! Приедем ещё и обязательно сыграем в волейбол! Всех благ и дальнейшего развития!

Отдыхали в конце августа 2023 г. в кемпинге на автодоме. Почти всё понравилось. Кому нужна тишина, безопасность и длинные пляжи с чистым морем, то вам в Сосновый бор. Территория большая, столовая новая, пляж чистый. Вода, электричество, туалеты чистые, мусор убирают каждый день. До магазинов далеко, продуктами надо закупаться в городе. Рядом озеро, можно гулять и наслаждаться чистым сосновый воздухом, отдыхать от суеты шумных городов.

Наконец то и до Абхазии добрался экокэмпинг.
Отличное место. Заехали сюда случайно 10.07.22 и нам очень понравилось.
Цены - гуманные. Размещение в 4х местной палатке с пенками -500₽/ палатка/ сутки
2х местная - 300₽/ палатка в сутки
Со своей палаткой -300₽/сутки
Есть развлечения для детей- батуты, прыгалки, водные горки.
С 19.00 приезжает аниматор для деток. Всякие конкурсы. В общем их есть чем завлечь.
Два летних душа на берегу, есть года перекусить.
НЕ ПОЕСТЬ!!!! Или брать свои плитки и котелки.
Есть напитки, можно заказать шашлык. Сделают при вас. Мороженное, соса- сола и пр.
Пляж - чистый галечниковый. По заходу - по разному. Есть где резко глубоко, есть где полого.
На берегу есть бунгало. Как деревянные, так и из шифона. Фоток скинул много смотрите.
По деньгам - лежаки - по 200₽/ день, зонтик -100₽/день. Бунгало - от 500₽/пол дня 800₽/день.
Место однозначно рекомендуем к посещению.

Подъезд с трассы 3 км грунтовая дорога с ямами. На этом минусы заканчиваются🙂
Чистейший пляж протянулся на километры . Есть и кабинки для переодеваний и пресная вода обмыться от соли морской.Здесь никогда не бывает волн и штормов. Шикарное место в тени для палаток. Есть и души и туалеты, все чистенько и ухожено. Каждое утро вывозят мусор. Кафешка с музыкой и хачипури вино и кайфое настроение. Комары есть но как-то вечером и не долго. Простой раптор спасает. В общем здесь идеальное место для отдыха!!!!

Просторно, много места для парковки.
Доступна аренда лежаков, беседок из бамбука и пальмовых листьев, зонтов. Есть работающий бар, бассейн с горкой для детей.
На пляже много мусора, вынесенного морем, а также часто попадаются осколки стекла и пластик. Глубина начинается почти сразу, с совсем маленькими детьми может быть неудобно

Не смотря на немноголюдность, ребята не плохо все обустроили. Мы приезжали сюда купаться, брали лежаки и зонтики, пользовались переодевалками, и прекрасно проводили время на пляже. Супруг курил здесь кальян, пил пиво. Здесь готовят очень вкусные хачапури (нам его даже любезно принесли к самому морюшку)))), салат из свежих овощей, а вот шашлык мы такой сухой и не вкусный не ели больше нигде (хотя там этим занимается шашлычник).
Людей мало, цены приемлемые, все очень стараются, чтобы вы и в следующий раз пришли сюда. В общем впечатление очень приятное!!!

Прекрасное место, доселе не известное туристам. Плюсы: радушие и готовность помочь всего персонала, море чистое, туристов мало, чисто, рядом заповедник, кухня отличная, есть детские водные атракционы, батут, конные прогулки. Минусы: пешком сложно добраться, пляж галька и довольно крупная. Рекомендуется к посещегию

Шикарное место !👍В этом месте есть много чего интересного . Кафе ,батуты ,аквапарк,сап доски,кинотеатр летний, мангальная зона ,русская баня ,конные прогулки,сувенирная лавка ,кофе на песке ,велосипеды ,скутера и тд. Каждую неделю концерты👈. Приезжайте 👌. А главное цены доступные 👏

Отдыхали с 19 по 28 августа. Цена 1000р за семью (палатку), притом если ппиехал без своей палатки то все равно поселят, палаток много. Из плюсов 1. Очень большая территория. 2. Отдыхающих мало. 3. Бар, детские атракционы, кухня все работает. 4. Рядом озеро, где есть рыбаки и наверное рыба. Из минусов. 1. Питьевая вода в 4 км со скважины. Может еще есть минусы , но нам все нравилось. Кемпинг открылся буквально в июне 2022г.

Неплохое место с определенными нюансами, обусловленными, как мне кажется, "молодостью" начинания.
Если заехал случайно, то нет ясности, куда попадаешь при въезде через шлагбаум- толи закрытая территория, толи какой-то клуб, толи кемпинг.
Нет информации, что можно просто арендовать шезлонги, навесы, шатры, без размещения с палаткой.
Небольшой информационный щит на въезде не помешал бы.
При этом, очень хорошее расположение- длинная линия галечного пляжа.
Отдаленное от пляжа место для стоянки машин.
К сожалению, по берегу очень много мелкого мусора, в т.ч. и битых стекол, но это поправимо, т.к. видно, что его пытаются убрать.
Какая-нибудь эко-туса и однодневный субботник проблему решат.
Неплохо было бы разместить хотя бы изредка некие урны для мусора.
Оригинальные бунгало из бамбука и листьев пальм. Тишина, покой и умиротворение!
Заход в воду резкий, маленьким детям линии парой метров будет маловато, а дальше- глубина.
Возможно есть пологий участок, весь пляж не испробовали, т.к. он немаленький.
Есть надувные горки-батуты для детей, как в простом варианте, так и с бассейном- ребенка сложно было вытащитья очень ему понравилось.
Есть бар с возможностью перекусить.
Ребятам желаю успеха в развитии. Идея очень хорошая и востребованная, как мне кажется. Свою известность место непременно обретет при должном внимании владельцев.
