I wanted to praise the store. I used to go here for delicious buns and meat. Recently, the assortment has become better, I began to take cheese, milk and vegetables (previously, vegetables were fast). I.e. now it turns out to completely stock up in this store and not go to others for pre-purchase. BUT... apparently, the baker has quit and the pastries are being taken from somewhere else from another store. The baking has gotten worse. And yesterday I bought an envelope with an apple and imagine - zero apples, from the word completely, an empty bun for money with an apple. There is no point in taking such pastries. It's all unpleasant.

1. During peak hours, queues even at self-service cash desks, half of the cash desks with cashiers do not work at all.
2. The disgusting sound design - almost always some kind of intrusive electronic trash is playing very loudly, interspersed with screaming advertisements - is especially annoying when you stand in line and can't stop this torture.
3. The porch and the area around the store are in a completely unsanitary condition - everything is covered with a layer of excrement and feathers of pigeons and other urban birds, which no one is struggling with feeding. I saw how pigeons, sitting on the letters of the store's name, shit right on the visitors passing under them - apparently, the store's management is satisfied with everything, because the problem has been going on for years.

I visit this store all the time. A great location and even if you are waiting for a minibus, you can wait in a cozy and spacious cookery, there is something to order and always fresh. The assortment is quite large. There is a self-service ticket office.
