We now have 3 (three!!!) blocks for two. the Neighbors store, and at the same time, the large and new assortment does not differ from the small one! Where is the cooking? (No, that inedible mess in a vacuum without smell and taste does not count). Where is the meat by weight (raw and ready)? The Superfood was old and fun, but it always had everything you needed and more! It was clear that the range corresponded to customer demand, which had been studied for years. No one was clearly thinking about the needs of the neighborhood's customers, the surrounding infrastructure, although it was certainly possible to learn from the experience of the Superfood, and from their own, in the small shops that are located right there. And in the end, sometimes you can't even buy normal bread, it's a joke to the chickens. We've set up self-service cash desks, which is good. However, they work so poorly that the queue accumulates three times more than during the superstorm. For some reason, an employee from a live checkout should come to help with self-service cash desks, stopping work for all their customers.… In general, the store does not meet the expectations and needs of its customers at all, and so far, since opening, it has not been seen to develop in any way and try to solve this problem. I don't advise anyone to go there.
As many have already noted, the assortment and area management are much more unpleasant than in the store that used to be in this place. When you have something to compare it with, you realize how badly everything is done. In the past, there were no problems with either availability or choice. This is about hugging and crying. There is no soul or care in the store. And it's unclear where it all went. It seems the same. Take a look at the history of deliveries, purchases, preferences - all this has already been accumulated over the years. But no, it's like they just deleted it. But they should have taken an example.
I want to say this, yes, the Superfood wasn't much better, but still..This store doesn't have enough for example:for the weight of products, for example, the same chicken or meat without vacuum, sausage, ham, various cuts that can be bought even by looking at the cut.. There are enough small shops nearby, there are the same products.. And we need a bigger store, because going to big stores and hypermarkets is a long way for some not young customers.. Eternal queues, a maximum of three items, one and a half cash desks are always open (one cashier and one of the two self–service cash desks are stable), and the cashier also sends cards to the self-service cash desks in a dissatisfied tone, literally shouting about it from his seat, "who has kaaartyyyyy go to the self-service checkout"
Constant confusion with price tags. I go to the store, being sure that the price tags are set correctly and there will be no difference with the price at the checkout. However, in the Neighbors you need to keep a close eye on what you are being punched, because more than once or twice there has been a situation that you calculate for one price and another at the checkout. When you tell the cashier about this, the answer is in the style of "I'm sitting at the checkout with my hut on the edge." The products themselves are standing or lying around, and sometimes you even lose your appetite looking at how the food/products are lying around. The appearance of employees themselves is also sometimes, to put it mildly, untidy. Instead of good cooking, buns and food in a vacuum are no longer fresh. In short, if you want to lose weight, go to this store, it will take away your appetite completely, plus standing in a kilometer—long queue and the irritation that you will experience will also burn you dozens of calories. And I'd rather switch to food delivery or wind up in a circle and reach the Ocean shopping center, where there is a normal Euroopt store.
