Hello neighbors!I saw most of the comments were negative and decided to share my opinion a bit.The store has really improved ,new repairs ,good neat sellers,I would like to mention the seller MARINA, she is one of the old employees who worked at superprod, always watched her humanity and responsiveness,I think if the authorities see my comment they are obliged to reward her!🙏 work with clients quickly and clearly ,they will always offer a package , although not everyone does it , they will deploy it , and for some they will also put everything there (for older people)I think it should be interesting for the management!🙏
The store has everything you need! Are you shouting no products by weight ?There are plenty of fresh products in the vacuum + sweets and cakes too) buns -I kissed the hands of those who make them !
There are few employees here, I agree, sometimes sellers have to rush to self-service cash desks! This is a fact! Are there long queues?Well , there were also queues at the superfood )
I like the store and the staff. There is everything you need , even towels , what can I say )
An unjustified score of 1.3... go to the lower hit , the dirt, the stink! And this store is always clean and smells pleasantly of buns.
Good evening, everyone. We have been living in this area since 1998. All this time we had a wonderful Superfood deli. It had everything: its own cutting shop for meat and chicken, always fresh meat, semi-finished products, cutlets, cabbage rolls, etc. by weight. A very diverse selection of dairy products, a favorite of all Dreams , a Lozenge. Good pastries. But as usual, all good things come to an end. The owner sold the store and the Neighbors, who were full of teeth, were able to buy it. And on such a large area there is a completely useless store, all meat and semi-finished products are in a vacuum, the choice of milk is meager, I am already silent about pastries, which are brought frozen in all the Neighbors and baked locally, it becomes rubber for tomorrow, the choice of sausage products also leaves much to be desired. We stopped visiting our once-favorite store, we have nothing to buy there. Our neighborhood is old, there are a lot of pensioners and family people. We had nothing to buy in "our store" anymore.
It is unclear what the intention was when opening the store in this format. We now have 3 (three!!!) blocks for two. the Neighbors store, and at the same time, the large and new assortment does not differ from the small one! Where is the cooking? (No, that inedible mess in a vacuum without smell and taste does not count). Where is the meat by weight (raw and ready)? The Superfood was old and fun, but it always had everything you needed and more! It was clear that the range corresponded to customer demand, which had been studied for years. No one was clearly thinking about the needs of the neighborhood's customers, the surrounding infrastructure, although it was certainly possible to learn from the experience of the Superfood, and from their own, in the small shops that are located right there. And in the end, sometimes you can't even buy normal bread, it's a joke to the chickens. We've set up self-service cash desks, which is good. However, they work so poorly that the queue accumulates three times more than during the superstorm. For some reason, an employee from a live checkout should come to help with self-service cash desks, stopping work for all their customers.… In general, the store does not meet the expectations and needs of its customers at all, and so far, since opening, it has not been seen to develop in any way and try to solve this problem. I don't advise anyone to go there.
