Today at 18:14, in the Neighbors on Kiselyov 12, a mistake was accidentally made at the self-service checkout: they attached the wrong discount card - and the device froze. What started here! The seller yelled at us, attacked us like a fury and talked in an unacceptable, boorish manner; behaved as if we had committed some kind of crime. We had a discount card, they just confused it with Santa's card, but we weren't even given the opportunity to try using the Neighbors' card. They also cheated on me. Pay attention to your employees who are unable to control themselves and rush at customers.
Salesman Natalia is the most boorish employee I've seen lately. To a simple question about how to buy cigarettes at a self-service checkout, I received an answer with a high-pitched tone and the rudest intonation, "No way!", but I doubt it very much. In the store itself, the product is randomly located. It is impossible to search for the right products using logic, as in other stores.
