I used to love this store. After the change of management and the departure of all the cashiers, everything became terrible. There are "mobile cashiers" who work any way. Terribly dirty floors, rarely cleaned, especially in the evening. And the smell is unpleasant. The queues are huge, and if you go to self-service, you can wait a long time for the help of a consultant. There are never "today's" products in the ready-to-cook department, they are often already at a discount. The assortment is good, this is the only plus.

I came to a place where there are fewer people. And it so happened that the cashier, in my opinion, served the customer in front of me for too long. I'm tired of waiting. And the customer keeps asking and asking: That's it, that's it…
I turned away a little and said, quietly, to myself; I chose the cash register, well done..In another cashier, it would have passed long ago.... And the cashier, quietly, says to me:
I'm sorry, please, but I have to answer all the questions, I have to give each customer some time so that everyone is satisfied with our trading company.
I replied that I had no complaints against her personally. And I was satisfied. When people do their job conscientiously, with a soul! Well, why should I be offended?
