The pancakes were taken from the pizza department - they're delicious. We buy all the groceries from the Neighbors, and go to another store for cooking. Either do it well or don't do it at all. I hope the administration will read this and somehow influence it.

The ticket offices, even the queues in them are clear and reasonable: few employees, many visitors. Why do self-service cash desks function if the cashier is forced to raise his fifth point and scan his badge? it takes literally a minute. The situation: 8 a.m., a weekday, a lot of people go into the store before work and naturally queue. One cashier - one queue. I approach the self-service cash desks: on one there is a check from the previous customer and without a cashier a new check cannot be opened, and the second has a girl who also has some problems. I click on the "help" panel, the cash register is screaming for the whole store, crying for help, the girl too. The ignore is complete. The girl says to the cashier: "Call someone" in a completely normal tone. In response, "wait, I'm alone!" without specifying a specific time when she will still punch her badge. And the second large queue has already accumulated behind us, but already at the self-service ticket offices. As a result, half of the queue just left without waiting for help. I understand everything, it's morning, a lot of people, alone, but the people at the self-service checkout are the same customers! It would take 1 MINUTE to punch your badge and sit down. But she just kept punching her turn. Either turn off the self-service cash desks if you are not able to serve them, or be kind without cash register "racism"
