We lived there for a week during the May holidays, walked around Berlin and the surrounding area. The hotel is not new, in the style of the early 80s. It is quite ascetic outside and inside, but everything you need is there and working, maintained in good condition. The bar is tasteless, cocktails are poorly made. Breakfast (for a fee) is great, but there are many places around where you can have breakfast much cheaper with a fresh huge bun or sausage :) The location is average - it's a long walk to the center (you can walk), but the metro is nearby. We got a very good price on the booking for this hotel, it was just great for that price.

The hotel is very well located, near the metro and the Christmas market is nearby, but the hotel rooms are just terrible. The wallpaper is peeled off in places, the shower is leaking, the furniture is very old and worn

I liked only the breakfast and the location. Everything else is terrible, a scoop in a bad sense of the word, the room is very cold, requires major repairs
