I visited this institution with friends, the atmosphere as soon as you enter is as mildly expressed at the "roadside eateries" where Butyrki and the second lieutenant sing songs. " I asked for a table on the couch, the location under the TV above my head and the speakers are yelling that I can't talk. The benefits of the request to transfer to another table went to a meeting. But the worst thing is when you sit and do not understand, they will come to you to take an order or you need to go somewhere and order yourself, after a long time they came to us to take an order, ordered a bottle of wine and a wine set, the waiter brought the bottle itself and the glasses just put the sealed one on the table and pour everything yourself, as they say, as you want 🤷♀️ , and then no one came up and we had to do self-service. I was already in a bad mood and I just wanted to get away from there faster. I pay money and naturally I want to get a normal attitude and service for them. After that, they brought a set that you look at and want to cry....We look at the waiter to see if he will bring the dishes. He says this: you need devices, well, like yeah) We can eat with our hands 🤦♀️ After the meal was over, no one came up to ask if you needed to bring the bill, etc., so we had to look for where to pay ourselves.
In general, if you are not local and want to visit this institution in Mogilev on your trip, then I strongly advise you not to visit it!

It was Saturday, they couldn't make cocktails at first because there were no ingredients, and then there was no ice. And another interesting feature of the establishment is to leave the staff call button, which does not work, and you have to walk around the hall yourself and look for a waiter.

Anastasia served us, it's not clear at all who she is, the waiter or the administrator, there was no badge, we had to call her to make an order. On Sunday, August 8, we decided to celebrate a birthday with friends at this institution. The reviews are mostly positive and the friends who have been here have responded positively. But!!!! I did not expect such service. I was ashamed that I invited people to this place. There is no service, I have never seen dishes cooked for so long in any institution in our city. Moreover, there were few people. Is it hot to wait 2 hours??? Should I bring the salad that is prepared in 15 minutes in an hour?? It's just terrible. The meat was crushed 40 minutes after the order. And the cherry on the cake is not fresh chicken in one serving. She just smelled!! The waiter could not explain anything and offered instead just arugula))) There was a lot missing from the menu. It feels like everything was eaten the day before, and we were molded from what was left. Only a good mood and music saved the situation a little. It was my first time in this place, and definitely my last!! I don't recommend it.

The staff is not bad, but the kitchen is... Rather, not the quality of the dishes, but the speed of their preparation. My friends celebrated: cold appetizers were served after 1.5 hours, I don't say anything about the hot stuff at all. Then I found out through friends that it's just that chefs change all the time or they don't exist at all, and the waiters prepare the dishes. It's frustrating. If you decide to just sing a song, then fine. The microphones work perfectly!
