I advise no one to deal with this Sontsa Factory. A malicious defaulter. The work of this enterprise is organized disgustingly. As carriers, we have done our job without complaints from all sides (sender, recipient), as evidenced by the signed act. We have given this company a 30-day deferred payment, although we are not a credit institution... There is still no money!!! We will send the documents to the court.
For my part, as a consumer of these products, I turned away from buying anything forever, because if this is the attitude to working with my partners, then what can we say about me as a consumer.
