We have arranged a tour in this tour company in St. Petersburg. They promised and the tour indicated that the bus was comfortable, i.e. air conditioning, a phone charger, a convenient bus for a long trip, that everything would be organized, all excursions, etc.
As a result, an ordinary bus came, there was no place to rest on the trip for 14 hours, it was impossible to sit, the legs could not fit, even people of average height, the seats were low, the back to the shoulders, the head was hanging out the whole trip.
The senior of the group, Anton, was late for boarding, they were 2.5 hours late to St. Petersburg, they fornicated around the villages by bus, in St. Petersburg because of the disorganization of the senior group and the guide (Natalia's guide is not at all, it's not interesting, horror, it's very hard to hear, she drove just where, but not to the most attractions), because the delays of the tour were cut, 1000 rubles Krondstadt was paid, the whole tour was 25 minutes, a nightmare. We checked in late, closer to 19.00 , all tired, 26 hours on the road, all tortured. Tomorrow there are delays everywhere again, new buses. As a result, we accidentally find out, not from the senior of the group, the chat was not created, not everyone went in a crowd, no information, we find out that the bus broke down, and another one was coming from Minsk to us, they were late to Tsarskoye Selo again, they took tickets themselves, no one booked anything, they gave little time, they took it later to the Summer shopping center, where the bus was waiting for more than 1.5 hours with things. finally they went home.
The result is wasted time, money, nerves, the tour does not correspond to the stated information at all.
I do not recommend it.!!!!!! I strongly do not recommend it!!!
