I suggest that Hotel. Comfortable room equipped with a kitchen, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher, dinner table, 2 smart TVs. The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

A good hotel, fairly new and clean. The rooms have their own kitchen areas. I liked the security feature that the card from the room in the elevator automatically selects the desired floor. By the way, due to the fact that for some reason my reservation was missed, apparently due to the fact that there were a lot of people from the company booking at once, I was upgraded to a room class, and allocated a room with a full-fledged three-room apartment, with a kitchen, a separate living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 showers in one of which there was washing machine.
Breakfast is a buffet, the choice is not bad and the food is not strictly up to 10 as it is announced upon arrival, but they can feed you later))) During the eviction, the act of completed work was prepared without delay.

Excellent hotel in Atyrau. The rooms are designed like apartments, there is a kitchen with all cutlery, a washing machine, a large refrigerator. The bedroom has a separate room. Each room has air conditioning. There is a gym, a large spa with 3 types of baths and a 15-meter long swimming pool with a relaxation area.

I didn't live in a hotel. But those who live praise their apartments. The staff is polite. I was at the hotel restaurant. I really liked it. Both prices and service. There is a fitness room, a children's playground, and you can practice yoga on the artificial turf in front of the hotel.

It is not known what justified the poor service! I rented the devices for 120t per day! The punch was working during the day, it was turned off only after the 3rd call to the reception! There are no exchangers, they say go change them. The entrance was at night, so there was a problem. At the check-out, they hinted that their towels were missing! I'm terrified of this place!

A normal-sized pool, there is a small one for kids, and most importantly - there is warm air and a floor, it's nice to be there.
There is a hammam, a sauna.

Not a bad hotel, but with its own shoals, which can be attributed to the inexperience of the staff. I lived for two nights, only on the third day they came to clean up, but there was no need. All with a pretension to chic, but with an Asian inattention to detail. The towel rack was hanging out in the bathroom, there is no shoe horn. There are no hangers in the hallway, there is nothing to hang a jacket on, they are all in the bedroom, in the closet. There are dishes, but no can opener. And another moment - I couldn't sleep for a long time, there are already 4 pillows, but all are thin and uncomfortable. I was pleased with the spa center, the massage is cool, the pool is too small, but it will do.

What I liked: good price for long-term rentals, polite and courteous staff, interior design, appliances and dishes in the room, free Parking.
What can be improved: protocols in case of an accident in the parking lot (they drove into my car in the parking lot, no one even contacted me), drains in the bathrooms (we lived in two rooms, called plumbers 5 times, did not make drains, we had to wash our hair in the sink), do not charge guests money because of small things (we lived for more than a month, two hangers broke under the weight of the jacket, they said they had to be paid at the check-out).

I arrived tired at night, I was settled in my opinion for a very long time, an intern administrator worked at night! In the afternoon, in the next room or somewhere, they actively worked with a punch after 2-4 calls to the reception stopped! The attitude is as if they are paying me money, and not I am paying them 120,000 tenge per day! Money is not changed at the hotel, so if you arrive at 12 o'clock at night, go look for an exchanger! I've been to many hotels, but this one was frankly disappointing!
