Great place! I was passing through. I called the security Service 2 hours before closing time. Accepted, fed! Everything is clear, fast and delicious! The waiters are great! I ate borscht!!! Draniki, and machanka (I think it's called that). I really liked the tinctures, especially the cherry one! Such an interior was unexpected. I imagined some kind of national flavor. At first I thought that I had made the wrong place. There is also a menu without pictures, before that I read and looked at photos on websites. In general, I managed everything in an hour. The institution at 22-23.00 was 50% full on Sat. I wish the institution prosperity! A bonus for excellent work to the staff! I'll stop by again if I have a chance.

It is better to call in advance. Which we did and it turned out that they didn't work. Therefore, the next day we made another attempt and did not regret it. The goal was to try the tinctures. We liked it. Kitchen for a solid four. It was quite delicious. The girl was alone: both the waiter and the bartender, but there were few people, she managed everything, she was guided by the menu. Very pleasant service.

Nice restaurant, in a quiet area. The windproof veranda. Delicious high-quality dishes of Belarusian cuisine, everything is fresh and served hot. Tinctures of our own production are beyond praise. But the biggest plus is the administrator Nadezhda: sensitive and attentive to guests, with a wonderful sense of humor, a real professional!

Flattered by the rave reviews, we visited this institution on 07/12.23. We asked if there was kvass. The waiter, who is probably the bartender, replied:
- Of course, we make it ourselves!
- Bring a liter
- We don't do that, just by the glasses
- ????????
- OK, 2 cups
He returns with 1 glass: We don't have any more!
I don't understand, do they make kvass in a regular way????? Okay, do you have your own lemonades?
- This and that don't exist, just this and that.
We took a glass of lemonade and 0.5 Cola. In the end, the lemonade was not the one that was ordered. Well, let it be, I was very thirsty. We ordered a warm salad of beans with pork, fried pancakes and pancakes with salmon and cottage cheese. When ordering, they warned that it would be hot to wait 30-40 minutes. Okay, good. Besides us, 2 more tables were occupied. The salad was brought in 40 minutes. It may taste good, but there is a huge amount of salt! The 1st hot dish was brought in 1 hour 10 minutes, the 2nd - in 1 hour 15 minutes. To the question, why is it taking so long, the answer is boorish in tone:
- I'm alone, we cook from under the knife and it doesn't take long at all! Don't lie, you haven't been sitting for an hour yet!
According to the dishes: the roast consisted of onions and a MOUNTAIN of carrots. The salmon turned out to be trout, but most importantly, it was frozen!!!! I.e. in ice! Is this such a new Belarusian-Yakut recipe or have you stupidly not bothered to defrost it? And most importantly, the draniki themselves. No, guys, these are not pancakes. These are some pancakes made from boiled mint potatoes, fried in oil... As a result: a visit to this misunderstanding is possible only by the verdict of a military field court, or you just like to sit for hours at an empty table waiting for the ordered dishes. Yes, and by location: "not far from the center" is 10-15 minutes by car, take this into account. As well as the fact that there are many other really decent establishments in the wonderful city of Brest!

It's a great place. Don't look at the location. Yes, it is not the center and not the most popular area of the city, but visiting it is worth going to Dubrovka. The kitchen is great, everything is amazingly delicious. Tinctures are a separate art form and a separate respect. A large selection, everything is very tasty. Krambambuli makes the hair on my arms stand on end and gives me goosebumps))) super! What was not eaten was beautifully packaged and handed over. And recently they started brewing their own craft beer. Well, finally, the top guys did well.

The service was unpleasant (waitress Nadezhda), sarcastically replied, almost rude. For food. Borscht without meat, for 6/10, but I liked the lard with croutons. The pancakes are delicious, hearty, and the burger is not bad. The tinctures are excellent 10/10. Local beer 8/10. Overall, the impressions are contradictory, I think we will not go there anymore.

When the waitress asked why it took so long, the answer was that they still had 4 customers not served (I am not interested in this information at all).
