We had a vacation with our son in October-November 2024.
Positive:
1 very beautiful nature.
2 beautiful and thoughtful indoor design.
3 friendly doctors, nurses on electric, water procedures, ingolation, administration.
4 procedures are enough.
5 the food is varied.
6 there are sports, games, concert events, and school for children. I would like to express special gratitude to Daria Andreevna Kulesh for her group work. Both children and adults are busy at the circle. It's like I went to see a therapist :). We brought with us both vases and crafts ...
7 especially comfortable conditions for living in the 6th house.
I didn't want to come home.
Cons:
In case of conflicts with the staff of the sanatorium, the heads of the relevant departments take the side of the staff, even if the staff is wrong. They are trying to "turn the arrows", rather than solve the conflict and present it as if the vacationers themselves came up with it and are themselves to blame.
For example, a nurse releasing speleological procedures made a mistake in the sanatorium book. I wrote two identical dates and counted them for two procedures. She refused to provide the procedure to the child. When the child pointed out her mistake, the nurse still refused to provide the procedure and insulted and brought the child to tears, and then insulted the parent (you have a mentally abnormal child ...).
With such an action, the nurse went unpunished and did not apologize to the child. In addition, the nurse continued to threaten. The doctors said that the vacationers themselves probably confused it and did not do anything.

Good health to all! We rested with my son from 3 11 to 21 11. The fifth house, the fourth room.We really liked it!!! A wonderful sanatorium!!! The staff is very polite and helpful! The nature is simply gorgeous! It's not just a forest, it's a FOREST!!! The territory is large and beautiful, a good playground for children. The food is simply amazing, I especially liked the dishes from the chef!!! The only thing is, breakfast is very early for us, but we never went to it. We also went on an excursion to Duduki, I recommend everyone to plunge into the history of our ancestors! The territory is clean as well as the rooms. I also want to express my gratitude to Vasily Pavlovich, the director of the sanatorium, for his help!!! It's a pity that I couldn't thank you personally. Thank you all very much for a wonderful vacation!!! If you want to relax in silence, rethink something, and just take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, I recommend this wonderful sanatorium!!!

First of all, the advantages: An adequate director and staff, they feed very well, minor nuances do not spoil the whole picture, gorgeous nature, very clean and gentrified territory, various procedures for children as well as for adults at very affordable prices, leisure activities are organized for children, disco, excursions, fishing on the territory there is its own the pond and even the circus came. Now about the cons: Many vacationers who come as an escort for their children and receive sick leave for the duration of their stay do not fully understand their role in this institution, namely, the children of such parents are left to themselves during the day, although many have diagnoses with 3.4 groups of loss of health and such children should be with an accompanying person constantly but not when the parent they begin night drinking and gatherings in gazebos with loud music, laughter, shouting, children do not always sleep at the same time, they are often in such a company of adults until twelve at night, hence I conclude during daytime walks while parents rest from stormy night gatherings, their children are on the playground, by themselves, a choice mate and talking to each other terrifies parents who have come to really heal their children and accompany them everywhere. This begs the question: we stood in line for three years to get a ticket for what?! I recently visited the sanatorium Sunny and I want to share my impressions. Three free procedures for the child and three procedures, the number of which varied from five to eight depending on the disease, were included in the work permit and in the paid daughter. The medical base turned out to be good, with a variety of paid services, and the medical staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The rooms have TVs with ZALA connection, cleanly cleaned, the shortcomings in the room are instantly eliminated.
As for the living conditions, Building 6 has rooms with private bathrooms, but the rest of the buildings have shared bathrooms, which may not be very convenient.
I also have some comments. The children's playroom is only open until 13:00 and, unfortunately, it is very small. After that time, I had to take my preschooler with me for adult procedures, and he often stayed in the hallway with the phone, or I left him alone in the room with my eldest daughter. This raises questions, because the sanatorium is aimed at children, and it would be logical to provide more opportunities for their leisure.
Nevertheless, despite these little things, there are a lot of positive aspects: the air here is simply gorgeous, and the food is homemade and very tasty, the portions are simply huge. The rest was calm, without much entertainment, which may not be suitable for everyone. Therefore, it is possible to go on various excursions for an additional fee.
In conclusion, I would advise the marketers of the sanatorium to pay attention to modern technologies. In the 21st century, it would be convenient to use Viber chats to inform guests about events and organizational issues. This would greatly simplify communication and make your stay more comfortable.
In general, the sanatorium left a lot of positive impressions, but there are points that can be improved.

First, I will write a review from the words of a child (10 years old): 5 people were settled in a room, there was a nightmare in the toilet, it stank constantly, 27 flies were killed (where did they come from ...) water flowed from the tap with dirt, metal and something else that is not normal for water, this is according to the child, a plumber was called, he said that everything was normal, the pipes were cleaned and this residual flows out)) The first three days were fed normally, then every day it got worse and worse, the food was over-salted constantly, tasteless cooking (with which the child is picky about food), got sick as much as 2 times, a lot of children were sick. It was my child who had a temp, his throat ached and his ear ached, it shot from his words, drops dripped and they gave him a pill for temp... It seems to be good for entertainment, discos and movies, we did some concerts, in general, probably like in all sanatoriums, the territory on the street is good, some kind of tree house, in general, it was fun for the children on the street. After the procedures, I went for a massage, herbal tea and a salt room, I write everything from his words... The staff was polite.
Feedback from me: a child arrived with a sore ear, and two, one almost does not hear, immediately antibiotics, drops in the ear, nose and to the doctor. Otitis media was definitely started, no physiotherapy was prescribed in Sanarotia, so they healed a little and it was good at that... The child arrived pale, tired, bags under his eyes and constantly wanted to sleep and lie down. This is a normal health effect, probably!
Now I will write - you will fall, I went to the sanatorium 37.8 kg - I arrived 33.2 kg, it is clear why I was pale and weakened... They gave me a snack for the trip: waffles, an apple, an orange and a small juice with a straw. This is just a "control shot" .... a Belarusian sanatorium, our children, who must be fed and healed, and the juice is Russian, I've never even seen such, it's just creepy, it's impossible even for me to drink. The child, of course, did not drink, he leaked in a backpack onto a notebook, and the notebook just dried up, even the cover is not sticky, an interesting composition turns out... When asked that you were given such juice in a sanatorium, the child replied that yes, it was impossible to drink, everyone threw it out.... CLASS SANATORIUM

For mothers with children, a great sanatorium. Large territory, lots of playgrounds, sandboxes, ball fields. The house is two-storeyed, the rooms are better on the side where the forest is, because if they go out on the terrace, it will be noisy. Procedures are prescribed normally to those who buy a ticket for their money in full. If you did not come at full cost, then they will prescribe baths with salt (you can buy this in the store), exercise therapy, phyto tea bags from a store or pharmacy, inhalation (in general, it's fine, but a little weak) Massage is prescribed to all children (10 minutes stroking the back). Adult massage is paid. The doctor very much advertises massage on the osteo chair for 7p, nothing special, take 1 session, try it first. Cedar barrel is super, I really liked it. A lot of procedures and services are only paid. Nutrition norms. In other sanatoriums there is much better. They often give fatty pieces of pork, pearl barley, millet porridge for lunch or dinner, children do not like much. But for adults on the 3rd day there is a custom menu and then you can already choose something for the child, and there is something left for yourself)) I recommend a sauna with a swimming pool, the children are delighted. Fresh air, walking, treatment and rest from cooking and cleaning is what you need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The food in the dining room is good and delicious. 6 meals a day. You leave the table and think you're going to burst. I read one review about the food here-they say it's not tasty, it's underweight. Not true!!!! The food (portions) are large. Even most adults, not to mention children, did not eat everything that was served. There is a customized menu for adults. The assortment was even very impressive. By the way, I'm from Minsk, not from the countryside. So, you don't need to throw stones at me and say that you came from the village and have never seen a damn thing in your life!! (this is for detractors). The treatment is also normal. A basic set of services. I want something more - - please have a price list of extras. services. Yes, I agree-- a small joint, no pool. But it is in the sauna complex. It's not a problem either. There are a variety of entertainment activities for children. So you can relax, gain strength and health. And with pleasure. The main thing is to be able to have fun.I was satisfied. Hello. I would like to leave a review on the work of the sanatorium.
First, I'll start with medical procedures, which are very few and of unsatisfactory quality (for example, a back massage lasts 7 minutes!!!), a physical therapy worker did 1 exercise (namely, charging, not physical therapy) and went on sick leave. The cocktail works 2 hours a day from 12 to 14.40, i.e. at lunchtime, while the recommendations in the office say that you need to take a cocktail 2 hours before or after a meal!! I am attaching a photo! At the same time, this office also did not work for several days! The queues for Bioptron and magnet are just crazy, there is no appointment on time!!! Heat therapy also worked every other time, not only are there practically no procedures, so vacationers did not have time to go through them in full for 18 days!!
The second is the food, disgusting, monotonous. Sausages, sausages and sausage, every other time, not soup, but broth, sticky pasta, boiled rice on water!
3. No organization of cultural events! During the entire stay, we signed up for excursions to Nesvizh and Dudutki, they were never organized. They said they couldn't come to an agreement! We organized only in the Deepriz Park, on a weekday, i.e. we would have missed both lunch and meager procedures. And the road in one direction is 2 hours!!! It was impossible to come up with anything closer to the sanatorium so that the children would not be so tired
!! Entertainment is also very monotonous, with a complete lack of imagination.
Third, the medical staff, in particular the female doctor (us. med.), is sitting on the couch at the reception, not at the desk and with the phone in her hands!! Complete dissatisfaction is written on his face from the fact that they came and got drunk! The male doctor did not prescribe an antibiotic after the child was bitten by a tick on the territory of the sanatorium!!! The territory is beautiful, but with ticks! It is also almost impossible to get paid services, there is no free time!!
They settled in the 6th house, on the attic floor, the windows upstairs need to stand on a chair to open / close, do not provide sufficient ventilation! The house is heating up and the room is constantly stuffy!! Any garbage flies from the trees, it rains - it floods!!
At the same time, the administration of the sanatorium organized a meeting at which they asked what was wrong, the vacationers expressed their dissatisfaction, NOTHING changed after the meeting!!!

The child did not complain about the food.
So far, I don't see any advantages in the sanatorium.

Then accommodation... We were accommodated in a 6-storey house with two floors. There is a TV in the room (a small plasma with a hall), a carafe for water, two glasses and one bowl. The bathroom is simple, but civil. Room cleaning is not necessary.
Procedures... Five are included in the package! procedures (it's good that at least 8 pieces each). You can buy almost everything else, but there may not be places to visit these procedures. The staff is polite and smiling.
Food... There are a lot of things, but... the first dishes are over-salted, the second ones are bland. A customized menu for adults and children from 16 years old. The disadvantage is the lack of an order for breakfast, but there is a table in the hall, where you can take a milk porridge to choose from three. The waiters are also polite.
Events... After lunch, everything is scheduled according to time. There are also game programs, quests, and clubs. In the evenings, you can watch a movie or go to a dance (the music really sucks).
Territory... It's not big, but there is a place to walk. There is a playground for kids.

A super place. We had a vacation with our son in July 2023. Service, meals, medical unit, spa complex, playgrounds , sports, super dance floor. The organization of events is also on top. We didn't sit around doing nothing.

Conditions. We lived in cottage No. 6, 1st floor, room 8. The audibility in the house is such that it seems that you live with the whole cottage together, you will not have to sleep until the vacationers on the 2nd floor settle down. The shower stalls are covered in mold, which has been covered with sealant, on which the mold creeps with a second layer. Constant problems with water. The water is the color of sewage with black pieces, according to the administration, it is iron, which exceeds the norm by 6 times. On the second day of rest, I had to wash the soap off the child with boiling water, because there was no cold water during the washing process. There was also no water in the cooler in the utility room. On the 8th day of rest, there was also no water. The heated towel rail is cold, the battery is slightly summer. When contacting the staff of the sanatorium, they tried to correct the shortcomings and every day workers went to our room to check something, fix, adjust, etc. There is no toilet in the Medical Building for children, everyone is closed, if you need to go to the toilet, you need to look for nurses who release procedures and who have a crowd of people and ask to open the toilet. There is a toilet in the dining room, but the passage to it is through the entire dining room, to which the door from the building is often closed. Outerwear also has to be left in the foyer (there is not even a chair to sit down to change shoes, everything is "on the weight"), t to the locker room reserved for vacationers "Mother and child", the passage is also through the dining room, the door to which is often closed and it is impossible to take outerwear.
Treatment. On the first day, there was an appointment with a doctor who, in a dissatisfied form, told everyone that it was necessary to be treated at home. Everything was scheduled with a creak. I note that physical therapy was prescribed from 8.01, but as a result, the instructor appeared only on 12.01 (a ticket from 3.01 to 21.01), the salt room from 15.01. Our neighbor's child was prescribed a massage from 18.01. Massage is only paid for mothers. I paid for 5 sessions, but you can only get procedures through a scandal, because when you come to make an appointment, you hear "there is nowhere to write you down, everything is busy," etc. After achieving a massage session, you realize that the effort to find a place is wasted. The massage lasts 10 minutes (with dressing and undressing), the massage itself is designed to "tick" that we were treated. A circular shower even flies into an adult's face, why prescribe it to a child of 11 years old is unclear, because it is impossible to take this procedure. They did not dare to go to the baths, because the quality and purity of the water causes disgust. And there is no certainty that after each child there is a bath treatment, because the flow of children is huge, there are queues everywhere and children without adults are unlikely to pay attention to such details. By the way, since 8.01 there has been a check-in of schoolchildren, for 2 weeks no one has ever seen them on the street, only high school students in shorts run to the store for chips in the cold. In an organized manner, children are taken only to the dining room, the auditorium and the gym and to the disco.
Canteen. The staff of the canteen, like the head, will be kind to you only when you bring them their borscht with hair and dirty plates and film it all. That's when they'll apologize to you so that you don't call the SES. Judging by the quality of the water, the recovery will be very mediocre, you will be told that there are filters in the dining room… and there is also an imported system for washing dishes, no one knows why dirty plates are on the tables.
Leisure. There is no free access to anything! Tennis tables are available only when there is a physical education teacher and then at a certain time. Children are forced to stay in rooms. There is no rental, which was announced at a meeting with the administration. Before leaving, we found out that it was possible to take skis for free from the physical education teacher. But it seems like it's like tennis, more for commissions, not for kids. Positive aspects. All that I can say is good in this sanatorium are the events that Ksenia Viktorovna conducts and the sports events that the physical education teacher conducts. Only they deserve a word of thanks in this organization.
Conclusion. We will never return to this place again and will not advise anyone. But, in fairness, I will say that there were people who were very happy with everything. So if you are used to being treated like a pig by you and your children, you will like it, if you just want an elementary human attitude and compliance with sanitary standards (not licking, but the minimum norm), then you definitely are not here.

I was on vacation with my son for 13 years from 04/5/2023 to 04/25/2023. The first impression is good. But he was killed by rudeness, knocking out what is supposed to be according to the norms, tasteless food with underweight portions and complete replacement or absence of some products that should be on the menu. And as it turned out later, the problem is in the organization of working moments by the management.
Everything is in order
The rooms are average. The repair is normal. They don't shine with cleanliness, but you can live. Very bad water. There is only a decanter and a glass in the room. There are 2 refrigerators, a washing machine, a cooler, a microwave, an iron and an ironing board on the case in the household room. There is no hair dryer. In the refrigerator, as in a hospital with the signature of the date, room and full name.
There is leisure, but it is poorly organized. My adult child refused to participate in almost everything. It may be suitable for younger students, the older ones are bored.
There are few procedures and they need to be beaten out. They will freely prescribe a decoction of herbs, an aroma room, mineral water and exercise therapy (which is not bad compared to the level of other procedures). Many procedures are prescribed in an amount that does not correspond to the terms of the voucher and you simply do not have time to go through them – the doctor does not bother to look at the calendar when prescribing. You can take it for a fee, but the choice is not great. Usually there is no time to relax in sanatoriums, everything is scheduled by the minute. And here you don't know what to do with yourself.
The food is like in a lottery – it can be delicious, or they can bring blue cold potatoes with meat not much different from the sole. Very little salad – the menu costs 100-200 grams, in fact 1-1.5 tablespoons. You choose one thing from the menu, but they can serve another without explanation. A huge black hair was found in the salad. When contacting the distributor that they did not deliver another portion, they were rude to me. If we compare the menu of the Brest health clinic where the husband and the youngest child were resting at the same time, then the monetary norms for nutrition are very different. At least the cost of the vouchers is the same. The juice was diluted more and more with water day by day. There is not enough microwave. This will solve some of the issues in the dining room with serving cold dishes.
Poor-quality cleaning in all buildings - dirt and sand on the steps, ancient dirt on all window sills and windows, stained all glass panels and all walls. They only clean the floor on weekdays and a little plumbing. The junior staff are contact and responsive, but the doctors are boors. They are always "busy" and looking for where to send you so as not to work. Most often to the deputy. He's probably the scapegoat. But the deputy decides the issues for himself and for everyone else. I especially want to mention Anna Vladimirovna - I had to beat the thresholds of her "office" 4 times a day, 3 of them were sent anywhere, but it was not to her (I came with a runny nose and throat for myself and the child). And such workers pull other staff simply out of boredom and anger for complaining about them. Poor people are afraid to give a card at an inconvenient time for doctors. And the schedule of the offices is hanging for beauty. And in the morning at 8.30 the cry "we are not working yet", after lunch the office is closed for 30-40 minutes, and at 16.00 already with bags and disguised. The procedural sisters are in one. Someone is friendly, someone is neutral, and someone has a husband behind them, and that means you can be rude, bully children and allow yourself whatever you want.
There is a separate topic for the head. I talked once, but I have impressions for years to come. This is the first time I have seen the head of a field that depends on vacationers and their impressions start a conversation in raised tones from the threshold, without delving into the essence. The position is that I am God here, and you are nobody. After that, no one will want to go back there.
For me, a new measure of the quality of recreation in the sanatoriums of Belarus has appeared - the more Russians there are, the better the sanatorium. And/or vice versa. So there are no Russians in the "sun". That says a lot.

The mother-child building has 25 rooms on 2 floors, 1 utility room with 2 washing machines, 2 refrigerators, 1 microwave oven, iron and ironing board. A big minus is the wooden creaking floors and windows in the ceiling without masking on the 2nd floor. It is better to settle in the house n5 room 6,7,8. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers and a washing machine for 3 rooms. The food of the 1st shift is disgusting, the 2nd one is just licking your fingers. For the first time I see that breakfast is not ordered. I chose the procedures with a fight (I myself am a former employee of the Brest health clinic and I know what is required and how much). There are enough activities for children. The staff is friendly, except for the 1st shift in the dining room (sour faces and underweight in food - they were punished, they promised to fix it). Of course, water is a separate conversation, but what we wanted in the forest. There is a great store, the seller will fulfill all your wishes for products. The children liked it, they wanted to stay for another 100 days.

There are also two washing machines from which the smell is soooo good, which I don't want to wash. It is clear that these are visitors, but I am paying for the sanatorium and I do not want to see this. There is also an ironing board with an iron, but there is no free outlet. In the bathroom, pale rusty darkened water with the scent of sewage flows from the faucet. Even washing is not very pleasant, you definitely can't drink it. There is a cooler with a bottle of water in the dining room, it is not changed every day and if a new bottle is installed, then it is filled by a third. Naturally, this will be enough for half a day. Of course, a lot of things are "killed" in the room, the shower flows by itself, in rust and mold in the corners, the mixer is the same, the shelf under the mirror is tilted, so everything falls off it. This is the third sanatorium from my practice and the lowest rating
