I thank the owner and staff of the Sunny Paradise recreation center from the bottom of my heart: Sergey, Rita, Nadira, all of you have created excellent conditions for our vacation! The territory is cleaned regularly, the houses are clean and new. We had a great shower room and, very importantly, a great bed with a comfortable mattress. If you ask, they will change your linen and do the cleaning. Delicious food is served in the cafe. Once a week, they arrange feasts where all guests are treated to khachapuri, homemade cheese, shish kebab, wine (of course!). It is very tasty and pleasant. I liked the houses: they are cozy and clean, once again no one bothers, the lights work well everywhere, there is Wi-Fi. The breakfasts are homemade, traditional, even in Russian somewhere, I remember my trips to the camps. :) It was very convenient for us that there was a kitchen for self-cooking and a cafe. The kitchen is clean, pleasant, open (therefore, bees and wasps visited us periodically, but not often), it is good to eat outdoors. Nearby there are cafes and shops with everything you need (yes, there are not only products, but also chemicals). The location from the sea is about 15 minutes on foot, it's a bit far, but, in general, it's fine, if not in the heat)). The quality of the accommodation, to sum up, is excellent, we were regularly asked if we needed something, if we liked it, which is very important! There are laughing turkeys in the neighborhood :) a very beautiful view of the mountains. Buses run from Tumanyan Street to Pitsunda, New Athos, Sukhumi and Gagra. So it's quite calm and quiet here (well, we were already at the end of September, so I can't say yet how it is here in high season))). I definitely recommend this place to relax!

We stayed with Sergey and Rita for more than a week, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. The cuisine and chefs are at a high level, the portions are large and delicious, the breakfasts are excellent. Wine and chacha are natural and at low prices. Herbal tea with basil and mint is incredibly delicious, we advise everyone to take it! The houses are bright and cozy, equipped with everything necessary. Wi-Fi catches everywhere, which is a huge plus. The on-site swimming pool is a huge plus. We have never regretted that we chose you 🫶🏻

There is a shared kitchen where you can cook on your own. Children were glad to see the trampoline and the playground.
Right behind the gate there is a shop where everything you need can be purchased . The rooms are clean , wet cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen were carried out during the week of stay . In general, when choosing this housing, you will be satisfied! Thanks again, for a good rest!

Great place, good service. It's a bit far to the sea (it seemed close on the map, but it turned out to be a 15-minute walk). We used to drive a lot. The photo corresponds to reality.
Special thanks for the delicious food in the cafe at the holiday home. The first 5 days are large portions and delicious. Then, the portions began to decrease, the coffee abruptly ended for breakfast and generally on day 5-6 (when it was announced that we were leaving soon), the cafe owner switched with her good-naturedness to new guests... This spoiled the feeling of a great vacation. Overall, we are happy with our stay. The hosts are excellent, the staff is helpful.

A wonderful place, helpful and kind staff. We booked a sunny paradise at the last moment and didn't regret it at all. Large territory, clean swimming pool, delicious low-fat food. Super hotel, super HOST!!!!!!!! We will definitely come back here!!! Family vacation August 2024. A wonderful place! Friendly hosts and staff! The houses and grounds are clean! There is parking for a car, a summer kitchen with everything you need, as well as a washing machine. A clean swimming pool. There is a wonderful cafe on the territory where delicious homemade khinkali and khachapuri boats are prepared! I was pleasantly surprised that on the weekend the hosts set a huge table for all vacationers with barbecue, fruits and homemade wine! Overall, the rest was wonderful! Recommend 👍

They lived in Sunny Paradise from September 10 to September 14, 2024. The main advantage is the cleanliness both in the houses and on the territory. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen, if desired, you can cook. There is also a washing machine for hotel guests. Breakfast is included in the room rate, which made us very happy. A super place to relax: the houses and the territory correspond exactly to reality, very pleasant and hospitable hosts, very clean: they wash the asphalt every day, let alone the rest, parking on site, an excellent swimming pool, kitchen and barbecue area on site. The cafe is clean and very tasty, the prices are reasonable, so if you come to take a break from everyday life, then do not doubt - the food is delicious here) For the sea, about 800 meters, but if you are too lazy to walk, then there is something like a tram on wheels (I do not know what this transport is called), which will take you to the sea and back, travels in an interval of about 30 minutes. In general: I definitely recommend it)

Vacationing in a Sunny paradise, the name
corresponds to this wonderful place. They came from the city of St. Petersburg and greeted us very, very well.Everything is fine, I really liked it, the territory is well-groomed, the houses are clean and cozy, everything you need for living and recreation is there. New houses with a swimming pool for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are excellent, there is a cafe with delicious food on site at excellent prices.
There are many cafes and shops on this street. It's a long way to the sea, but it wasn't a problem for us. Alakhadzy is a village for a quiet and relaxing holiday ☺️ the sea is clean, no sewage pipes have been seen, rotovirus has passed)

In Abkhazia, the Sunny Paradise hotels left me only the most positive impressions. Cozy rooms with mountain views, friendly staff - all this created a unique atmosphere of relaxation and comfort.
I would especially like to mention the hotel's kitchen - it was really on top. Exquisite dishes made from local products, a variety of menus and attention to detail - all this made every lunch and dinner a real gastronomic pleasure.
Staying at this hotel was a real discovery for me, and I am happy to recommend it to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable vacation in beautiful Abkhazia.

I've never written bad reviews, but I have to. The room is great, clean, everything is new. But. In the evening, when I checked in, the lights were turned off, the water was turned off. There is no way to charge the phone. That's why I didn't get on the tour. The rest was ruined. They answered no to my request for a refund. That's how my tour of Abkhazia ended. A house without water and light. I do not recommend it

The base is not bad, as it is new. Everything is clean, there are no complaints. The disadvantage is that there are no barbecue areas, there is one old and rotten barbecue. There are no gazebos for recreation either

This is a great hotel. Everything matches the photo and description!!! Thanks a lot to the staff!!! We booked at the last moment through Avito, it was a little scary because there were no reviews at that time))) upon arrival, we were pleasantly satisfied. They waited for us and fed us, although they arrived late (but I warned them) The rooms are clean, comfortable, there is a refrigerator, wi-fi catches everywhere and perfectly, there is everything you need, a kitchen and a cafe on site. If you need something (to remove, replace towels or a piece of paper), everything is provided. On the territory of Bessein, there are several trampoline bikes for kids. The breakfasts are excellent. Lunch and dinner menus. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the sea, along a busy street with numerous tents and cafes. The sea is clear. There is a lot of entertainment on the beach and you can drive your car (this is for the laziest)
