I thank the owner and staff of the Sunny Paradise recreation center from the bottom of my heart: Sergey, Rita, Nadira, all of you have created excellent conditions for our vacation! The territory is cleaned regularly, the houses are clean and new. We had a great shower room and, very importantly, a great bed with a comfortable mattress. If you ask, they will change your linen and do the cleaning. Delicious food is served in the cafe. Once a week, they arrange feasts where all guests are treated to khachapuri, homemade cheese, shish kebab, wine (of course!). It is very tasty and pleasant. I liked the houses: they are cozy and clean, once again no one bothers, the lights work well everywhere, there is Wi-Fi. The breakfasts are homemade, traditional, even in Russian somewhere, I remember my trips to the camps. :) It was very convenient for us that there was a kitchen for self-cooking and a cafe. The kitchen is clean, pleasant, open (therefore, bees and wasps visited us periodically, but not often), it is good to eat outdoors. Nearby there are cafes and shops with everything you need (yes, there are not only products, but also chemicals). The location from the sea is about 15 minutes on foot, it's a bit far, but, in general, it's fine, if not in the heat)). The quality of the accommodation, to sum up, is excellent, we were regularly asked if we needed something, if we liked it, which is very important! There are laughing turkeys in the neighborhood :) a very beautiful view of the mountains. Buses run from Tumanyan Street to Pitsunda, New Athos, Sukhumi and Gagra. So it's quite calm and quiet here (well, we were already at the end of September, so I can't say yet how it is here in high season))). I definitely recommend this place to relax!

There is a shared kitchen where you can cook on your own. Children were glad to see the trampoline and the playground.
Right behind the gate there is a shop where everything you need can be purchased . The rooms are clean , wet cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen were carried out during the week of stay . In general, when choosing this housing, you will be satisfied! Thanks again, for a good rest!

Great place, good service. It's a bit far to the sea (it seemed close on the map, but it turned out to be a 15-minute walk). We used to drive a lot. The photo corresponds to reality.
Special thanks for the delicious food in the cafe at the holiday home. The first 5 days are large portions and delicious. Then, the portions began to decrease, the coffee abruptly ended for breakfast and generally on day 5-6 (when it was announced that we were leaving soon), the cafe owner switched with her good-naturedness to new guests... This spoiled the feeling of a great vacation. Overall, we are happy with our stay. The hosts are excellent, the staff is helpful.
