We lived in the lower territory near the sea. If you don't need a 5* hotel, then it's a great place to stay! The sea is the cleanest compared to Sochi and Adler! The food is good, there is a choice of dishes, you will definitely not stay hungry. If you are not confused by the three-time ascent to the 4th floor (we were not confused), then you are here. In addition, Stalin's cottage "Cold River" will be above you from the sea, and he knew a lot when choosing a place to relax! I recommend visiting, you will always find something interesting. The lower territory is closed in summer and in winter.

I really enjoyed my stay at the boarding house. The room has a toilet, shower, air conditioning, TV, small refrigerator. The food was good - a buffet. And, most importantly, the sea is nearby, 100 meters away. The only drawback was that WF did not catch in our room, it was necessary to get closer to the administration, but it was not scary - it was possible to enjoy nature more. From entertainment - various excursions, their cost was not included in the price of the tour.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind. Clean sea, semi-deserted beach (and it's a 30-minute drive from the crowded Sochi beaches). Delicious varied food (buffet), and adapted to Russian tastes and stomachs (including children's). The rooms are simple, but clean and equipped with everything you need (air conditioning, bathroom with shower and hot water, mini fridge, TV). The staff is very friendly, they help in any situation. The territory of the boarding house itself is small, cozy, but no one bothers to go outside the boarding house to the Cold River and walk up the mountain through magnolias, cypresses, pines, even to the upper boarding house, even to Stalin's cottage with the name of the same name. moreover, part of the way can be taken by elevator inside the mountain. An unforgettable view of the sea and the surrounding area opens from above. It takes 15 minutes to get to Gagra by minibus. It is 20 km to the checkpoint on the border with Russia.
