There are a lot of flaws. We lived in a two-room room where there were 2 toilets and a shower, one of them was heavily heated. We contacted the reception several times, but unfortunately they did not help us (We had to wash all in one shower. The floor is very dirty, you can't walk barefoot, you forgot to clean up!

A new building. There is practically no territory.The mirrors haven't been hung in the rooms yet.The shower curtain is short, all the water is on the floor.The dining room is not in the building, you need to go.There is a shortage of spoons, glasses and chairs.The cooler was turned on just before opening, so don't dream of hot tea

The hotel is terrible, you need to eat 100 meters from the hotel, the food is disgusting, there is no Internet, the staff smiles, but does nothing. The only plus is the sea, and a relatively deserted beach. It takes 6-7 hours to drive from the airport, maybe more, if you're lucky.

We were there from the 1st to the 3rd , they just opened. Everything is brand new, the beach is 100m from the hotel. I really liked it. I recommend you to visit.
