I was on vacation with my friends, in the main building from 22.09 2024. to 29.09 2024.The rooms are newly renovated, quite cozy. But there's a problem with towels. There are not enough big ones, and everything is stained.Refrigerator, TV, hair dryer - everything is in working order. The territory is more or less equipped. The dining room is large and beautiful, but the food leaves much to be desired. The food is cold, so-so. You won't be hungry. And so the location is very convenient, there are many shops, cafes and you can take a bus to anywhere, not only Sukhumi, but from outside the city. The sea is warm and the wine is delicious.

We rested at the hotel in August 2024, the location is super, the first line, the territory of the botanical garden is large, not very well maintained, but they try, the sea is 20 meters away, the beach is small pebbles + sand, sun beds are only paid, there are 3 cafes and 2 bars on the beach, the sea is clean, the hotel is renovated, modern furniture, good mattresses, hot water around the clock, change of towels on demand, Wi-Fi was only in the toilet in our room, the TV was not shown at all (2nd floor), the staff was polite, friendly.
A huge minus is the Dining room, there is no air conditioning, there is a lot of food, but mostly chicken, beef 2 times a week and fish 3 times, there are almost no desserts and pastries, seasonal fruits in full, soups, porridge, one water, but always CLEAN, wipe every spilled drop, WELL DONE!!!
There is where to walk, a very beautiful Majahed embankment, griffin fountains near the drama theater and much more.
In general, I returned in October)))

Pros -the hotel is newly renovated, the room has an excellent double bed, the location is excellent near the sea, canteens, cafes, shops all at reasonable prices. The staff is polite and friendly.
Cons - even towels have not been changed in the room for 10 days. Mosquitoes- even fumitox does not save!!!
Well, a separate story with the dining room, there are no complaints about the staff, they have nothing to do with it, the guys are trying their best, but big questions for the management
Breakfast, lunch and dinner last 1 hour, by the appointed time the people take the dining room by storm, there are not enough basic cutlery and dishes. People are standing and waiting for the next batch of clean plates and spoons to be brought out. We even ate out of plastic dishes for one day!!! If you stayed for half an hour, then there is no food from the word at all!!!, you will walk through empty basins and catch the remains of meat that has already been caught before you) In recent days, we simply did not go to lunches and dinners because there was nothing to do there(((
Tip if you take this hotel, do not take vouchers with three meals a day.
