We rested at the hotel in August 2024, the location is super, the first line, the territory of the botanical garden is large, not very well maintained, but they try, the sea is 20 meters away, the beach is small pebbles + sand, sun beds are only paid, there are 3 cafes and 2 bars on the beach, the sea is clean, the hotel is renovated, modern furniture, good mattresses, hot water around the clock, change of towels on demand, Wi-Fi was only in the toilet in our room, the TV was not shown at all (2nd floor), the staff was polite, friendly.
A huge minus is the Dining room, there is no air conditioning, there is a lot of food, but mostly chicken, beef 2 times a week and fish 3 times, there are almost no desserts and pastries, seasonal fruits in full, soups, porridge, one water, but always CLEAN, wipe every spilled drop, WELL DONE!!!
There is where to walk, a very beautiful Majahed embankment, griffin fountains near the drama theater and much more.
In general, I returned in October)))

Pros -the hotel is newly renovated, the room has an excellent double bed, the location is excellent near the sea, canteens, cafes, shops all at reasonable prices. The staff is polite and friendly.
Cons - even towels have not been changed in the room for 10 days. Mosquitoes- even fumitox does not save!!!
Well, a separate story with the dining room, there are no complaints about the staff, they have nothing to do with it, the guys are trying their best, but big questions for the management
Breakfast, lunch and dinner last 1 hour, by the appointed time the people take the dining room by storm, there are not enough basic cutlery and dishes. People are standing and waiting for the next batch of clean plates and spoons to be brought out. We even ate out of plastic dishes for one day!!! If you stayed for half an hour, then there is no food from the word at all!!!, you will walk through empty basins and catch the remains of meat that has already been caught before you) In recent days, we simply did not go to lunches and dinners because there was nothing to do there(((
Tip if you take this hotel, do not take vouchers with three meals a day.

A hotel complex on the former territory of the MVO. We lived in the largest first building. Everything is new inside, the girls at the reception are polite, the evening shift of men also help, they called a taxi a couple of times. The room itself is clean, there is a refrigerator and three glasses. There are no cutlery. There is an ironing board with an iron in the hallway, and we saw a kettle once, as someone took it to his room. The dining room is in a separate building. The food is healthy and varied. Our tourists spoiled the impression, who, according to the all-inclusive system, grabbed the best pieces and ate mountains of food. The location of the territory is convenient, the sea is nearby. The center is a 15-minute walk away. Now the cons. We haven't changed towels in a week, not once!!! Supposedly there is nothing to replace it with. The room was not cleaned, only paper was put in and the trash was taken out. There were splashes of water on the floor in the shower, so we had to buy a rag ourselves. WiFi crashes a lot. And the most unpleasant situation is the lack of water for a day!!!No pick-up, no apologies, nothing! Absolutely nothing is provided for such a case. And a minus for the territory of the complex: it is dark and unkempt! It is very dangerous to return at night, it gets dark very early and a flashlight is required!
