The supermarket is not bad, there is a good selection of food. They bake very tasty bread! But! in general, the location does not suit me as a resident of the city. And it's not very clear why the city needs another supermarket. We will soon have a supermarket in every yard. The prices are average, the service is good, and the customer is focused. The application is clumsy for registration, I tried to register 5 times at different times, but in the end I remained without registering a bonus card.

The only thing is that there is not much provided for Muslims. Of course, I understand that in a region where religion does not prevail, this is not so relevant, but Islam has a huge influence in Kazakhstan.
Therefore, as a suggestion:
1. Baking sausages and sausages with pork. It would not be a disadvantage for anyone to use Muslim sausages.
2. Sausages are not separated from each other in any way. In such influential supermarket chains as magnum and resin in large cities, sausages and sausages are separated by separate refrigerators or separators: Muslim and pork.
3. Not all sausage products have labels with the composition, as I understand it, is this a violation of the law? I am attaching a photo of one of the products. (where it says that the sausage is made from marbled beef and without ingredients. although there is pork in the composition. don't mislead me, please)
4. Labeling and composition of baked goods. Sometimes they just don't exist.
5. The percentage of sausages and pastries is higher with pork. Without pork, there is not even baking. And the number of sausages without pork on the shelves of the refrigerator is small. I would like 50/50.

A wide range of goods for various purposes. Lots of salads, we bought fried pollock several times, it's very tasty! You might say you can fry it yourself, but if you have a ready-made dish, why not save time! Also about bread - I only go to Sunny, I really like corn, loaves, always fresh bread. But there is another drawback: on the price tags, the name of the product, the characteristics of the product are printed very finely in gray, faint letters, only the code and the price of the product are printed large. It is impossible to read either the varieties of apples, or what exotic fruits are laid out on the counter, or the characteristics of the wines, or anything at all. I contacted the manager, she replied, we already made concessions - we set up tables, and we have standard price tags for our chain of stores, we will not change them. You left me in deep perplexity, do you have a mission - to do everything for the convenience of customers or to sacredly and invariably observe the traditions of your network?
