This hotel corresponds to its 4 stars, the staff of this hotel is friendly and positive. The service is very good. No frills food. but it's quite diverse. The rooms are cleaned every day, the rooms are clean, there is a filling. There are two swimming pools on the territory, 1 hot, slides and fountains with waterfalls are also turned on at a certain time. The hotel is located on the second line from the sea, but there is a bus from the hotel to two beaches. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. The old town and Naama Bay are nearby, which is convenient for evening walks. I would have come here a second time)

8 days have passed like an instant, Everything is cool! There's not even anything to get to! Based on the price/quality ratio, this is probably the best hotel in Charm!
1. The rooms are excellent. Yes, the furniture is a little tired, but the mattresses and pillows are new.
2. The staff is smiling and friendly. We extended the room until 6 p.m. for $40. There were 4 of us. We had lunch and lay down on the pool.
3. Buffet- you will definitely not be hungry! Provided that on the third day it is no longer possible to eat so much, there is enough food for everyone)))
4. There are a lot of animators. They entertain everyone! In the morning, exercise, aqua aerobics, and darts ... for every taste!
The area is very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day!
I even left jewelry on the dresser several times- no one took it!
After the ATV tour, the clothes were put in the laundry! They brought it clean and ironed the next day! And it cost a lot on a budget!!! They gave 300 rubles for 4 pairs of sweatpants and sweatshirts 😅

I had a rest in June of the 24th year. The hotel is even 4 rooms away 5+++++ . It's like 5ki in Turkey! Not big, intimate, cozy! There are 3 swimming pools - central, children's and on the 2nd tier with a Jacuzzi. The food is varied and delicious! Fruits - melons, watermelons, peaches, apricots, fresh dates, oranges, limes. Desserts are varied and delicious!(Turkish ones are just bread rolls with syrup compared to them)! The animation is daily, but average. The staff is polite! Russian Russian is spoken by many and there is a Russian administrator! The rooms are very nice, large, the beds are one and a half, the mattresses and pillows are excellent. Daily cleaning (even without any presents). 2 beaches. One is sandy in the bay, shallow (milking by my aunt is excellent!); the second is reef, it takes 10 minutes to walk (free entrance for ladies, $ 4 for men). Reef - 💥💥💥💥💥💥. There are not many people, the hotel has 150 rooms, is not crowded, there are no queues and crowds. This hotel is for a relaxing family vacation or a vacation with children. There are no noisy, cheerful discos. There are not many Russians, there are Germans, Balts, Armenians, Kyrgyz, Spaniards, Italians, Portuguese, Arabs. Maybe I was so lucky, but during my stay there, all the vacationers were very friendly!
