We have been staying at the hotel since September 29th. We arrived at the hotel at night without luggage, which Iberia Airlines did not overload in Madrid. They opened a restaurant for us and fed us. We lived in Building A with a view of the ocean and the interior. Therefore, the noisy night life of the city did not bother us. The room was cleaned daily. Linen and towels were changed regularly. The food was excellent, for every taste. There have always been two types of fish, grilled according to your choice. It's the same with meat. Shrimp, squid, mussels. So the food is for every taste. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Russian-speaking girl Olena at the reception, who helped us with the search for luggage. The hotel has its own beach, but there is not a very convenient descent to it. And large stones. There are sandy beaches with sun beds and umbrellas within a five-minute walk. The ocean has a peculiar rich smell. We are happy with the rest. I recommend the hotel

Great hotel. The food is delicious and varied. Nice view from the hotel. Near the city beach. Night music bothers me a little at night, there is a night disco nearby. The hotel has a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Good service

A very noisy area and rooms with Windows facing the street are very noisy, it is not possible to sleep. We went to another hotel, for one night, while we were being changed to a room with a sea view, so it was already normal to sleep in it. Otherwise, everything is fine. A good buffet... No drinks... The pools are fine, the beach is 3min walk along the embankment. There are a lot of bars and nightclubs for party-goers.

A super hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. The view of the sea and mountains is excellent. The cuisine is excellent and varied: there is always seafood, meat, and delicious pastries. I highly recommend half board. It is cheaper to book through the network's app. We booked in advance with an insane discount. One disadvantage is that there is no gym.

I would like to point out that the hotel is excellent.My husband and I stayed at the hotel from 12.05 to 05.26.2019.Excellent location,11th floor , direct ocean view.I want to mention Julia at the reception, she is a smart girl, a beauty, she will always help and tell you everything.I want the hotel management to pay attention to my review.Such workers need to be refined.I also want to mention the maid's work on the 11th floor of room 1116, everything is always cleaned, with a smile.Beautiful!I can't help but mention the work of the restaurant and the waitresses.It's just great!Always with a smile, very nice, well done.We have a vacation in Spain with this network every year.And the first year in Tenerife, it was very pleasant and it is not necessary to come here more than once.We send great greetings to everyone and only prosperity to the hotel.

Good cuisine. Good location. If you need to swim in the sea, it is better to go to the beach on the right. On the left is the beach, although there are sun beds and umbrellas, it is for surfers. It's a problem to enter the sea here.

We heard about the noise from the surrounding bars before the trip, so we were mentally prepared. We couldn't sleep the first night, and on the second day we went to the pharmacy to buy earplugs. It turned out that they had not heard about this here. But when you are outdoors all day, and you are actively resting, then by night it turns off, despite any noise. So it didn't really bother us afterwards.
