Disappointed with the service. Previously, I often purchased silver products of your brand in St. Petersburg. The service was top notch. Today I went to the branch in the Riviera shopping center. She asked to show me the earrings; when she asked to show another option, the consultant suddenly switched to clients who asked to show products from a more expensive segment, and stopped paying attention to me. I stood for 3 minutes, waiting for her to pay attention. And in general, I wanted to buy earrings, but I wanted to see more options. However, disappointed by this behavior, she left. I didn't pay attention to the name.
