It's a good place, everything for a comfortable life is there, only a store is missing right in the vicinity, but it seems like they should build a shopping center. They let a minibus go directly to Sokolinye Krai, it often runs literally every 10-15 minutes

So, let's try to find the advantages - remoteness from the city (a dubious plus), the availability of parking spaces, a smart video intercom (even for Minsk, a rarity so far), low-rise buildings. I will not write much about the disadvantages, because I do not live in this area, but I have been many times and I can note the following - a complete lack of infrastructure, transport links, an airfield nearby (I will not judge well or badly).

Great houses. Although planes fly, there is nothing to be heard in the apartment. Good apartment layout. Panoramic windows on balconies (loggias). Closed territory in the yard. A large playground. Basketball court. The parking is equipped. Modern intercom system. Minus these shops, of course, 20 minutes to the nearest supermarket. But in general, it is an ideal place for a quiet, peaceful life.

We bought an apartment in the Sokoliny Kray residential complex. The quality of the building is excellent, a variety of layouts, a comfortable Playground. There are no d/s, schools and shops nearby yet. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the station, 18 minutes to get to the center of Minsk by train. By car, min. 20 to the MKAD. It is advisable to have a car. You can't buy a new building in Minsk for that price. Everything will be fine with time.

I live here and I like everything! It used to be hard with shopping, but now there are all kinds of deliveries. Without a car, you will have to keep in shape, walk to the minibus / train for 20-25 minutes at a good pace. When the construction is finished and there will be transport and shops, it will be fine in general.
