I ordered the delivery of Hawaiian pizza, wok and sushi tempura using the app.
+: the application is super, very convenient; delivery on time; sushi tasted normal, the rest is not very good.
-: the pizza is all BURNT OUT. I don't understand how such a thing could be given to a client. They would have redone it, warning, for example, that for those reasons the delivery was delayed, I would not have known that you burned the pizza.
So not only that, I wrote on Instagram, they haven't answered me yet, it's been a week. Awesome customer service.
Slow service, samsung pay systems don't work, pizza is so-so, I don't recommend it.
There are banks in Belarus that are not under sanctions, and they accept everything perfectly, the owner of this institution warms up for his profit at the expense of the convenience of customers, and therefore loses them.
The owner is a cad, it's a pity there is no negative mark.
