I wouldn't visit this restaurant a second time. It looks like a nice place, the embankment, the hall is not big, cozy. But the kitchen disappointed us. It's JUST NOT TASTY. We often rest in Abkhazia, but this is the first time we have experienced such disappointment. Even the next day, there was an unpleasant aftertaste and regret from visiting this catering.

1 star for cleanliness, which is rare in Abkhazia.

We ordered a Japanese menu, the cook does not know how to cook rolls at all. If I were them, I'd take it off the menu. Well, you don't know how to cook this kitchen, so don't take it! Or at least look at the recipes on the Internet. The photo shows baked rolls, such a miracle has never been seen before😄
The service is not a restaurant. Two families came to the same table . One family ate and already left, the second watched the first one eat), expecting in principle the same order. Well , the cooking speed is accordingly no , an hour to make rolls ...such a thing.💁♀️

We were pleasantly surprised when we accidentally went to a restaurant, honestly I thought everything would be expensive, but no.
Compared to the restaurants of New Athos, SOHO is just 11 points out of 10.
Breakfast is so varied and hearty for 500-600 rubles that it is really easier to take a ride to Sukhum from New Athos and have breakfast / lunch / dinner in SOHO.
Thanks to the Chef (Anna, if I remember correctly) and his team for the great dishes, the staff for the pleasant atmosphere, and of course for the affordable prices!!

The portions are scanty, they do not correspond to what is stated in the menu. Coffee was brought in five minutes, and when asked why coffee was served before the main course, she received the answer that they had not been warned that coffee was after. I did not receive an answer to the question whether the waiter guesses that coffee is drunk at the end of the meal. The waiter took the coffee and brought it cold half an hour later. Tips are included in the bill, apparently realizing that they will not be given them voluntarily. Dessert Karinka is hard and stale. A lot of force, little sense. I strongly do not recommend it.

Terrible🥲 The service is extremely long and unhurried. The rolls were waiting for 40 minutes. Cocktails for 20 minutes. Although there were only 5 tables occupied. The waitress is running alone, apparently she does not have time. The cocktail was not only prepared for 20 minutes, but also looked at me sadly from the bar for 10 minutes. Only then it was brought. I give 2 stars for delicious cocktails and good music. Alas.

We came here on September 24th. It rains all day outside, of course, we leave wet footprints with an umbrella and shoes. There was no one from the staff at the entrance, we went into the hall, suddenly an Uzbek jumped out from behind the counter and started shouting that we came with an umbrella and our footprints were wet! I've never seen anything like this before! He came at us and just kicked us out, because we leave traces with an umbrella! That's the service! Put a person at the entrance who will pack umbrellas and will be where to wipe your feet, as they do in civilized places! And they also call themselves a restaurant! Disgusting rudeness!

Decent enough. I would like the hostess of the establishment to reconsider her idea of what an ajapsandal is. These are grilled vegetables that have been peeled and finely chopped, and not fried vegetables floating in a puddle of oil -like in Abkhazian. Do you also prefer rolls in a peculiar Abkhazian way??

They didn't bring the menu for a long time, and then they also didn't come for a long time to ask what we had chosen. I ordered 2 servings of lamb and cappuccino. The fish turned out to be not fresh, it feels like they had it in the refrigerator for a week defrosted, rancid and eaten. The day before, I ate lamb in another cafe, so I immediately noticed the difference. It's a shame when they give you a product that should have been thrown away. But they have a rule that everything will do for a tourist. The bill was also waited for a very long time. And because the waitress was alone, she was constantly running around. As a result, sitting in a cafe you don't feel relaxed because you pay attention to the running waitress. The sly ones also include tips in the bill. It is clear that with such a service and rotten fish, I would not leave them a tip. The only thing is that their coffee is delicious. But the overall impression is spoiled, we will not go to them anymore. And I don't advise others to go to them. We were led to a high rating in Yandex maps. But not all that glitters is gold.

We walked along the embankment, the child wanted to go to the toilet, went to a "wonderful" institution. We were refused access to the toilet, and with such a face as if I went to her house. With the words "whoever eats here goes to the toilet." I was very surprised by the rudeness of the waitress "The hostess does not allow toilet visits, she will see on the cameras, will you pay?"
We often go to different cities to relax, and this is not the first time in Abkhazia, but I have never met such rudeness. In the neighboring establishment, the owners had no problems visiting the toilet.
When we left, I honestly told the girl that I would write a review, to which I heard "write".

I ordered a steak and a portion of shish kebab, they brought the steak very dry and 200 grams, not 450 grams as indicated in the bill, and the shish kebab is also 450 grams, but for some reason there was no meat in the shish kebab, only fat! And most importantly, the cook accused the butcher who supplies the meat! Let the cook learn how to distribute a portion of meat!

We visited this place with our family on August 24.
A very cozy, beautiful place with comfortable sofas.
Order:
Pizza Margarita is a superbly made pizza and very tasty 👍
Greek salad - the portion is small and the filling does not look like a Greek salad in any way. Score 2 for the salad
The waitress praised the bread that they bake themselves, they ordered it, but in the end they brought some kind of loaf with a sweet smell.
The chicken kebab was brought from the rubber chicken and they didn't even eat it.
The macaroni and cheese were more or less cooked.
A girl was sitting opposite us with a calculator and was calculating something diligently, I decided to come up and asked "Are you the administrator?", the girl replied with such an offended tone, "I am the HOSTESS."
When I tried to inform the "hostess" without complaints and in a polite way that her establishment serves a non-Greek salad, instead of bread a sweet bun and a rubber chicken kebab, SHE REPLIED TO ME "YOU CAN RETURN THE ORDER."
The answer honestly surprised me, I said that I did not come to return it, but still I UNDERSTOOD YOU.
But the price tag for dishes like in Moscow 😂
I conclude that the "HOSTESS" does not care deeply about the opinion of visitors.
